Truck driver here, I had a 3pm appointment on a Saturday. They won't take you early, my problem is that I'm asked to move a walmart trailer for them or I'd have to wait until 7pm to start. Moved it, got in door and am waiting for them to get back to the office. Never again.

The store has shady vendors selling products like att. Make you pay for things that you should have never paid for. Keep telling you that you are getting a refund. Nine months later still dealing and fighting with no refund.

Why does this location allow customers to shop WITHOUT a mask. Also when is it ok to bring your pit bull inside Sam’s to shop with you. The only dogs that should be allowed are service animals. This is absolutely ridiculous. When are you going to enforce the law so the rest of us can shop without fear.

Re: Multiple visits to the optical department in Kenner. The male senior employee in that department seems to need training in customer service skills. The female tech, who is his subordinate, is much better in making the customer (me) feel valued. While she was caring and accommodating, the interactions and dialog with him made me I like I should leave and take my business elsewhere. Kudos to her. Rotten tomatoes for him!

I've been doing curbside pickup orders here since the pandemic started. Each time, my order has been ready ahead of the scheduled time (sometimes up to a day early). Upon arrival, you can either text or check-in through the app and the items are usually delivered a few minutes later. The staff loads the items in your car, so it's a really quick and easy process. With that said, I would avoid purchasing produce through this method. I once ordered a bag of lemons and they were bad. I could only use 3 out of the entire bag. Lesson learned lol!

I am a frequent shopper at sams club, I buy many of the vegetables and fruits along with other staples at this location.One thing I am super grateful for is the scan and go feature. I used this feature pre-covid-19 but it is super helpful during this pandemic. My tip? Put your phone in a plastic baggy if you are doing scan and go. That way you don't have to wipe down the phone with harsh chemicals and you won't accidentally touch your face with the phone. My favorite tip? If you are over 21 you can buy booze with the scan and go at sams. Yup you heard me right! All you have to do is input your birthday into the app, then when you go to pay your barcode will be red (instead of black) and you show the employee at the exit your id.This is one of the most convenient ways to buy booze during a pandemic (or during real life)

Absolute worst designed store I’ve ever been in. No rhyme or reason to it’s set up. Looks like when they find an empty space, they just put in anything to fill it. Corporate needs to rethink this in a big way and soon.

Absolutely worst and rudest unprofessional customer service ever. Sams club here should be disappointed in the staff and embarrassed in the rude horrible people they have working here at the exit. Never again will I give this place my business and I hope management makes some effort to address this. Had a cart of stuff went to walk out and the staff was absolutely rude disrespectful and hello Sams do you even put your staff thru sexual hareasment training? She kept calling me "baby" which is not my name. Shitty staff never again attached picture of the rude employee who made it a horrible experience

I do recommend this location, except for the restrooms. They are absolutely disgusting and filthy dirty. I’ve been in cleaner portables during Mardi Gras. Please maintain your restrooms.
