Store is clean. Unfortunately the amount of “sketchy/ make sure to lock your doors” people hanging around inside and outside of the store is unnerving. My wife no longer feels safe coming here at night.

Everyone was so nice! Store was clean & safe. Lines were long and then very quickly the lines were efficiently cleared. Same high quality of products as Sam's on Airline but I was looking for an Optometrist & heard there was one at the Sam's on Loyola. He was unavailable for an appointment but I shopped anyway & found everything I needed. Gas tanks are very well placed so even though there were a lot of customers for gas we were able to get through quickly. It might be easier to get to this Sam's from W. Esplanade because of the road construction off of Veterans. Parking is adequate (Sam's has generous parking spaces) and safe. Employees were available and helpful. Highly recommend.

Today I went to Sam’s I use my app, scan and go, so I went walk out and the lady checked my receipt on my phone and then she tells me that I didn’t pay for a pair shorts and I said yes I did, ma’am and she’s like no you didn’t. So pulled up my receipt and showed her where I scanned two pairs of shorts at and she’s like oh sorry you stay in the wrong shorts no I didn’t scan the wrong pair of shorts then my sister pulled out her phone and rescans the same shorts and it said the same thing on my sister’s phone as it said on mine it was listed underneath a different name then she’s like you have to go to customer service so I did so I can talk to customer worker and she just has his big attitude with me talking about. I don’t know how to scan products and use the scan and go app and I was like ma’am, picked them up put them in a basket and then scan them. Then she acted like I was trying to steal the shorts that I paid for then then she tells me that she’s going to revoke my Sam’s card she called her manager over and then her manager said let me see your receipt on your phone put your phone right here so I can scan it so I do and it’s just like I said hand it to me then I said, if you’re gonna treat people like this, you can refund me my whole order and she said she wouldn’t deal with me or talk to me so she talk to my sister my mom then she want my credit card to refund me just the two pairs of shorts for some reason when I had a basket full of groceries then she didn’t want to talk to me so she talk to my sister and put it on a gift card to two pairs of shorts that I had. My sister and the manager walked back to where the shorts were an the manager scan the shorts and it says the same thing I had on my phone. Come to find out that someone put the wrong name in for the shorts but they’re going around acting like somebody stealing no apology from manager for the customer service person treated me. Needless to say I will not be shopping at that sense anymore after way, the customer care person treated me.
