This place DISCRIMINATES against pregnant women! I lived in a one bedroom with my husband and was told I had to get out or be forced into a two bedroom all because I was having a baby. Worst place to ever live!!

Horrible apt complex. The place is not updated. Old appliances and horrible office staff. Go anywhere but here! They will invade your privacy. Your not allowed guest and animals. They have outrageous fees and keep in mind they will video tape and record conversations without consent. Beware of this place!

Was interested in moving in. It’s 350$ for one cat, ok fine. 250$ extra if that cat isn’t declawed. My cat is old and lazy sorry if I don’t want to cut my cats knuckles off just to make sure their claws don’t grow back. Cannot wait until my lease is up with Tonti. Will never rent from Tonti again.

I love living at the Seasons. It is quiet and the grounds are beautiful. The people are friendly, and maintenance is usually done in a reasonable timeframe. Even a few small issues I have sent an email about, specifying no rush, we're still quickly taken care of. The appliances in our apartment are a bit dated, but the vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and full size washer/dryer more than make up for that. I recommend this apartment complex for sure!

Lived here 7 years and it’s the best place you can find in Kenner and New Orleans area. The grounds our kept up very well, they have cleaning people out every day, sweeping and picking up trash and making the place neat. The new maintenance guy is by far the best maintenance guy you could ask for anywhere. He fixes things in detail and makes sure that everything is working great! Rarely have to wait on anything or be fixed. Front office is always polite, kind and very helpful! We love the private patios, and double door security to get in and out. Two wonderful pools cleaned and was just updated last year. Great Ponds and trees, sitting areas to enjoy. Quite neighborhood too, with huge fields to walk dogs, close to levee to enjoy bike rides and walks. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks Seasons

The grounds need work having said that it seems that there finally taking care of that. Tennis courts or what use to be I wish they jump to demolish them as quick as they did especially without given tenets what's going on. However the maintenance MAN! 1 is a rockstar for doing all that he does never had a problem. Ladies in the front office always nice your names and the names of your pets if you have any. They've worked with us through this COVID-19. I was seeing the nasty things people were saying and I'd have to disagree this is not the worst place to stay and to say the least!!!!!!!!! Going on 8 years of that tells you anything. Also grounds keepers are awesome as well picking after people that refuse. Thank you so much.

Tonti as a management company is very discriminative and does not abide by fair housing laws. Maybe if they changed up their maintenance teams and controlled the ongoing pest and rodent issues they would have better reviews. 0 stars if you ask me. Their properties are priced lower for a reason.

The owner does not respect tenants' privacy. She follows tenants around and takes pictures of us without our permission. She also has towed tenants' cars just because it has not been moved for a few days. She has the pest control company reporting to management what's in our apartments as well. Also the management makes us pay for therapy dogs that are there for us for medical reasons. I have made an online review in the past and they have threatened to kick me out just because I made those reviews but I told them that that is illegal and I will take legal action. This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in, I am working on moving out. I've never seen such disrespect from an owner of an apartment complex and such disregard for our privacy. Do not move in here, you will regret it. On top of that you will spend a good $200 a month on electricity because the AC and other appliances are outdated. I really did try hard to make it work here, but now it's to the point that I do not feel comfortable nor safe living here. It's sad that I feel as if I have to be on guard when walking my dogs, or even just doing everyday stuff outside my apartment even though I pay to live here. I was never late on my rent and I have been living here for years. The owner needs to realize that, yes, she does own the property, but she does not own us. You do not treat the very people who pay you that way. If I could give this place zero stars, I would have.

This apartment, has been the bane of my existence. I've lived in this complex for over three years and within the past year and a half, I have dealt with a broken/leaking bathtub, pliers on my washing machine knob, and a less than accommodating maintenance and office staff. The issue with my tub has been the most annoying problem thus far. Whenever I go to run a bath, water seeps from underneath the tub and completely wets the floor of the bathroom. When I alerted the office staff, they sent someone out to "fix" my tub. What they really did was patch up my tub to the point that is was unsightly, uncomfortable and still leaking water all over the bathroom floor. This went on for months, a back and forth tango of me begging them to properly fix the bathtub. Finally, after patching it up over and over again, the office staff said that I could move into another unit. This would mean that I would have to pay for movers and I would be at risk of my rent going up. Have I mentioned that I'm still using pliers to get my washing machine knob to turn, because well, that was their idea of fixing it? To make matters worse, I was cat sitting for a friend when the office staff approached me about having a pet there without paying a deposit. I explained to them that I was cat sitting and that the cat would be gone immediately. I was told by one of the office staff that I would still have to pay a fee of $1800, of a bunch of ridiculous fees, all of which I believe they pulled out of their asses. A few days later, I was told by someone on the office staff that I now owed $1200, and it could be paid off in installments, BUT ONLY IF I SIGNED A NEW 3-month LEASE. Keep in mind, at this point, I'm on a month to month lease and not willing to sign a new lease because my bathtub is a complete disaster. I have since given my 30 day notice and cannot wait to get away from this place. The tub is still broken, the washing machine is still a piece of s**** and yet they have the nerve to send me a $1200 bill for a cat that stayed at my apartment for a few days. Do yourself a favor, and don't move here.

The apartment complex used to have a really nice park like atmosphere oh, but that's been taken away because the new owner decided all the trees need to be cut off. The air conditioners are never working and there's only one maintenance guy for the whole entire apartment complex. The rent is cheap, but the energy bill is going to be very high because all the appliances are very outdated and the ACs are always broken.

This place sucks. Would never ever recommend any Tonti properties. They will fee you to death. Too many freaking restrictions. Went down the street from them to a first Lake properties saved almost $1000 just in fees on a $765 apartment. Ended up getting a two bedroom for the price they were charging me for one. Highly recommend first Lake properties do not even waste your time with Tonti. If I could give them a zero star I would.

5 stars for the people that work in the office. They are super nice and helpful. HOWEVER, zero stars for the experience itself. My husband and I lived there for a year and could not wait for our lease to end. We moved during April and did not have a proper working A/C unit until middle of JULY! We called for maintenance almost every other day. Our first 6 tickets say they filled the Freon. It took my husband to finally be able to speak with the manager to get an A/C unit replacement. We also made the mistake of selecting a 3rd floor unit with vaulted ceilings. Our Entergy bill was always crazy high because the units have horrible insulation huge windows. The stairwells are also constantly infested with spider webs and wasps nests. About once a month we had to maneuver down the stairs around a common visitor, the possum. The Seasons charge a fee for Orkin Pest Control to come out and I'm honestly not sure why. The guy would walk around and not spray or do a thing inside the actual unit. He looked by the fridge once and that was the most he ever did. On a separate note, all of the appliances are very outdated. Our refrigerator made a rattling noise that was very unsettling the first month or so and then eventually we got used to it. But the noise would always startle anyone we had over. Maintenance never replaced it because they deemed it as working properly and nothing was wrong. Our unit was located right by the tennis courts and were informed that they would be working to renovate them..... but it never happened. I could go on and on explaining reasons to avoid renting here, but I will start stressing myself out.
