“I recently had an asada gordita (grilled marinated steak) here which was AMAZING! Super crisp griddled home-made masa tortilla stuffed with tender steak, fresh chopped tomatoes, sliced avocado, crumbled cotija cheese, sour cream, fresh chopped lettuce + refried beans somehow miraculously all held together by the tortilla. Like a great taco salad but can be eaten like a sandwich. It came served with 2 sauces, green (tasty, spicy) and red (also tasty tho be warned, fiery hot!). The green is my fav, just adds a nice extra zip to the layers of ingredients.”
