“Although I said I was done with shopping at Goodwill (they remove the color tag that's on sale for the day), I don't really have an issue with this particular store. For one, they still have dressing rooms! The others are doing away with them. Maybe this one will follow, but they have them for now. They had a wide selection of things, but I have a problem with the dress rack. The dresses are hung so tightly together. They are constantly falling off their hangers, and you can't move the pieces for viewing before taking them off the rack. My suggestion would be to hang another side of dresses or hang the shorter dresses on regular racks like the pants rack and leave the high racks for longer items. My arms are always hurting, trying to look at dresses because the rack is about 15 inches above my head! Other than that, the staff were friendly, the restrooms were clean, and the wait time to checkout was not bad on this visit, although other times, it's been a nightmare.”

“wow, what a hidden gem! super cool GENUINE vintage finds with some of the lowest prices in the city. great 90s vibes but they also have lots of 50s-80s gadgets, trinkets and more. they also have so many low prices vintage gadgets and appliances that ACTUALLY work. such a lovely staff, we chatted with gina who was absolutely lovely. a small, home-grown place that’s super affordable and authentic. a must visit for any sort of vintage lover.”

Items are in great condition.

Large, easy to see selection of costume jewelry.
Well organized/merchandiced (feels like shopping a boutique).

A bit pricy. Not for resellers but good for people wanting to get some nice things at good prices (just not Rock Bottom prices).”

“I visit often at Bridge House on Airline Highway. It is clean, all the crystal pieces, glassware very shiny, shelves are clean. Great prices and the staff are kind and helpful. I can always find a treasure here for myself or as a token to give to someone.”

“Overall great store. They've gotten a bit pricey for a lot of the stuff but there's also definitely deals to be had. While we were there 3 large pallets of food (produce and bread products mainly) were dropped off and they let people shop them for free which I thought was really nice.”

“It's one of the best Goodwills I've been to. My husband and I have gotten some great finds –designer clothes with tags still attached. Got a $68 pair of leggings for $4.99!!Look for the daily tag deals. Staff is so friendly. We never leave empty-handed.”

“Today I went shopping at Goodwill. The store was clean & organized . Miss Gloria was nice & helpful. I ❤️ ❤️ denim, rain boots & a white shirt. I found all of these items & much more. There are some great prices there. all of my GREEN TAGS were 50% off. Wow! I saved a lot of money. I really enjoyed this store& recommend others to check them out.

“I've been going to the RW&B for 20 years. I do love it; however, the prices have gone up & up throughout the years, you just have to be selective with what you buy.
They've left the anti-theft device on twice. The first time I went back with my receipt and they removed it. The second time I removed it myself without any problems using a saw and a vice grip.
It does suck that they do not have fitting rooms; I wear a dress to try on jeans, shorts & skirts. With shirts I just put it on over what I'm wearing and so far I've had good luck with that.
Staff usually are helpful and friendly but occasionally they'll be someone rude and uncaring....I avoid those staff members.
Even with the prices higher than they used to be still beats paying retail price.
I do donate to them but never donate anything to Goodwill because their CEO makes over a million dollars per year; so do your research before donating to anyone, especially money.”

“I've been here twice and it seems like a great thrift store to find boots as I found a cute selection both times. The first time I left without a pair I liked and went back hoping they would be there but of course where gone but I did find another and didn't make the mistake again. They have a section to grab last chance items at $1. I will say the prices are high so once you take the 50% off that I received both days I went it brings the price closer to a thrift store bargain. I wonder if certain items are always 50% off as I see a slash through the prices of clothing and other items besides furniture I believe. Maybe the pricing is a way to make the customer feel they are getting a discount while making sure they make enough to support the cause? You must spend $5 to use your credit card or donate the rest to get to the $5 charge. I feel it's supportive for the community Grace House serves so I will continue to buy from there. Plus I want more boots.”

Everyone smiles and treats you so respectfully in the store. I have come multiple times and I never had one problem, complaint and/or issue. This store is 10/10 and they handle a vast majority of cliental with the upmost professionalism. They fairly and accurately price clothing and shoes. “The female manager at the store was very helpful today in making sure I was able to purchase a full set of glassware even though one of the glasses had a missing sticker. The cashier didn’t want to ring it up and had a bad attitude from the moment I walked up with all of my glassware. I even said hello to her and she didn’t respond. When she told me she couldn’t ring up the glass I told her it had happened before and they told me to go to the back to get a tag for it. She said no, she can’t do it and I went to the back anyway and asked for one. The manager said that would be fine and she would ring it up so I could have the complete set. Thanks to the manager, who is always friendly and professional, I was able to get the set. This is not the first time we’ve experienced the bad attitude of the cashier. She should not be on the cash registers with an attitude like that. It’s unnecessary and unprofessional, as well as unprovoked. Thank goodness for the manager who always makes our shopping experience at Goodwill a great one!”
