Honestly one star is one star too many. I needed a specific item and was looking in store. I scanned the item with my Home Depot app to check the reviews. The app actually said that item was not available in stores anymore and needed to order it online. It also said that the price was dropped to 349.00 on the app. I inquired to see if the store would price match/honor the Home Depot online price and was informed that I had to go thru customer service to obtain a manager. After waiting inline with 7 customers in front of me I got to customer service where the lady then had to go manually find a manager to come up. He comes up and starts saying he will not honor it since sometimes the skew numbers aren't the same online as in store despite the fact that I was getting it after scanning that specific item in their store. I then told them not matching at least their own Home Depot online prices was ridiculous and walked out calling corporate. Corporate was on the phone with me for a while and wound up giving me a gift card to the store for the difference in price. If it wasn't for the fact that I needed that item I would have left and never went back since that is management incompetence.

Now that "The Home Depot" has gone self-checkout, things seem to be getting worse. I visited today, in a rush, and had to wait as three (3!!) Home Depot employees tried to manage the self-checkout. If you were on a line you were next on that line, even though you waited longer than the person who just appeared on the "fast" line. OK...I got on the slow line, BUT, the management of the entire situation was a disaster. Lowes HERE I COME!

4 employees standing right in the front by the registers. As soon as one of them saw me with a screw he turned away. I now go to Basil's Ace Hardware where a guy like me can get e and help with a smile.

Went in this Home Depot for rocks which was all over the floor. A brick fell on my husbands foot and blood everywhere a week ago. After locating a Manager I looked around for something to clean him up we found old rag and a plastic tie to stop him from bleeding. Manger told us don't call the store because after she reports it. It is out of their hands. Told us someone would contact us in 48 hours. Been over a week and still no call. What the heck is wrong with this company? Thank god it wasn't as bad as we thought. But his new shoes!!!!

Memorial Day sale in garden,. getting busy at 10 a.m.,9 employees in garden..2 sitting outside, 5 near register (2 designated cashiers and 3 employees "customer service"), 2 employees roaming around garden center. I am 70 years old and I was in store for 10 to 15 minutes, not one employee offered a greeting or help. No flat carts available in/near garden, I went out in parking lot to retrieve flat cart, loaded my 5 bags mulch on my cart, went to checkout, same 5 employees up front , 3 talking and checking cellphones, 2 cashiers scanning. My cashier, no hello, hi, did you find what you need? ( I think I just interrupted her primary goal to get back to her conversation with the other employees). I rolled my cart out past the 2 employees still sitting outside, no offer of help, went to vehicle and loaded my mulch. NO shortage of employees, just NO help or concern from employees. At least change the uniform and take the "customer service" off the back of the uniform. p.s. this store is mismanaged .....have had poor service before and finally had to write comments!

my girl worked at this location and she got sexually harassed by a co-worker i want it to file a complain about it and the manager blake did not care nor did not do anything did not cared either all i can say is that if you open carry at this location or if you get harassed by their employees they will not care and they will let it slide and send you to jail do not support this location all of the people that works there are ghetto!!!!! they cuss 24/7 nor respect their costumers im a good costumer never had a problem until then so if you wanna be wrongfully sent to jail or harassed go to this location managers dont give a f*** because its true and i will say it how it is this people get promoted just because they work there for years but they dont give a single s*** about what happens ... f*** this location .. go to lowes !!!!!!!!

If you are paying CASH, beware of a cashier named Tionda. She does not like her job and complained/threatened me when I asked why there was only ONE lane for cash payments that needs a cashier to assist at checkout. She was put out and said, "Boy I just wanna......." Wanna What Tionda? If your fingernails weren't four inches long, maybe you could have done your job effectively. What a shame that you only have to check out the few people who have cash! Guess you just want to earn money standing around while watching the people with credit/debit cards. I didn't waste time looking for a manager because I just knew they don't care....after all...they hired her!

This Home Depot sucks they have materials that ppl need sitting on the top Of the shelves while underneath all the products are out they just do not want to restock every time you call up here you can't get a hold of anybody there's never anyone at the pro desk this place is horribly understaffed or the management is just ignorant

Ordering online was a breeze, however ... canceling the order was another story. Because my order could not be filled at only one store, I placed 2 separate "partial" orders to get everything. Then I found that one of the other local stores (farther away) could fill the entire order; so I completed that order to save my contractor having to pick up at 2 different locations. I could never find a way to cancel an order online. Therefore I resorted to calling the store directly. Despite going through all the voice prompts on the telephone, I could never reach a human being to explain my need to cancel an order. Finally, after spending lots of time on hold, this morning I called the 1-800 number & got to an operator who could handle my cancellation promptly & efficiently.

Horrible place to go here one of the worst home depos ive been to in my life. The employees were lazy, not helpful , and unfriendly . tool rental is terrible and dose not have the proper or maintained equipment.

Mangers aren't making sure customers are wearing mask . And aren't taking it seriously . The state of Louisiana is Mandated to have mask required in every entry of business . Very unprofessional. Disgusting I would say . Someone needs to look at the regulations or someone should get in trouble for this horrible act . Several cases has been reported with customers and employees of COVID-19 . This is serious and the next step would be to report it to Corporate and Also the News channels . Our Community is affected by this self -less disease and for an store in which , I enjoy is acting in such an negative way .

I bought two items online for curbside pickup. After four days of no response, I called the store. I was basically was blown off and told that they did not have enough time to do this. I was told to wait for the email. I cancelled the order and bought what I needed at another store. This was my first attempt at using curbside pickup at any store, so I am not using this store.
