This Post Office is the worse I have informed delivery and never get mail that is says I will be getting had to call the 800# cause north kenner post office had my package for 5 days and never delivered as soon as i called the 800# my mail carrier dropped it off @ 8am also when we do get mail it is always late the mail carrier for my subdivision lives on this route and goes home for 1-2 hours then when I come home @ 530pm/6pm the mail carrier is sitting on chateau waiting to go back to post office yet they always raising prices. Also the mail service is bad in the area I work @ we schedule for package pickup and sometimes they dont come for days...

The Kenner USPS management clearly don’t care about employees.Yesterday,April 10th, I received 3 weather texts emergency alerts about flooding in our area and about strong winds suggesting that we need to take shelter as flying objects can cause severe injuries.Most schools were closed.Our neighborhood was flooded.Lots of cars were flooded on West Esplanade Av. I received a mail and I had to sign for it. I was so confused when I saw the mailman at my door,he was all wet as it was a very strong rain and wind outside.
Please,please don’t put your employees in danger!!!!Nobody should drive in this weather conditions!!!
To All Kenner USPS employees:better call off and don’t risk getting sick,getting injured and get stocked in a high water level next time!!!Hardworking employees should be respected and rewarded and not discouraged by doing their jobs!!!!

This kenner area post office has gone downhill very fast. Had mail stolen out of the mailbox at the post office awhile back and resulted in washed check trying to get cashed at bank. Now fast forward about 1 year later and i personally drop off the mail inside now and sent a birthday card with cash on the mail. 6 weeks never arrived. I think there is still employees over here stealing mail. INVESTIGATE THIS WHOLE PLACE !!!!

worst customer service ever, didn't let me use some tape, also the nasty attitude!!! specially an older male worker. Usps is so stingy about hiring people yet they always hire the worst and lazy ones.

The mail carries are horrible. I hardly ever get mail delivered. If I'm lucky maybe 3 days a week. My bills are always late because of this. This is the worst post office ever and the carriers are even worse.

Everyone at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. I've never had a bad experience with the employees up front.However, I left an envelope for my mailman for Christmas on the box addressed to him and he never received it. It just so happened that on that day, another mailman took his route. In checking my ring camera I could see that it was a large stocky man who could hardly walk. I showed the video to my mailman who identified him. In the video you can see him taking the envelope I had left and putting it in his truck. When my mailman asked him about it he said he put it on my mailman's desk. Nothing was there.I ran into this mailman at a restaurant and asked him about it and instead of saying he didn't remember he knew the whole story. Guilty; bad conscience; etc. I hope he enjoyed his Amazon gift certificate.If you are giving gifts to your service providers, hand them to each one. I learned my lesson and I hope that mailman never services me again.

I was very upset about my lost packages & mail but the local hub as well as customer service worked very hard to get my things back to me. The Supervisor of the local branch is truly a sweetheart & I appreciate all of her help!
