Mr. Tran is very nice and accommodated all my needs for the event and the manager Scott was very helpful and courteous. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Very clean and beautiful hall.

Man answered the phone and was very rude! Rushed me off the phone. I couldn’t finish getting my answers because I was rushed. Told me $1000 and I was considering doing business with him. Well his loss ??♂️

The owner was very rude over the phone when I first contacted him. But after meeting him, he was cool up until the day of my baby shower. The day before, we paid for the hall to open 3 hours ahead of the event and he asked me why we needed so much time. I told him the event planner needed the time. He complained about that and started saying he knly charges $300 for the same thing and will take less time. I ignored him. The day of the shower, the event planner has vendors dropping off of the chairs, I was told he stopped them and told them they didnt have enough people to help them. Which made the planner have to change her design. Then he called my phone with an attitude about the chair rental because he provides chairs and he knows someone with chair cover that wont charge a lot and bla bla… i had to tell him to stop callin me. He offered his sound system as part of the rental, but when I asked the manager for it, he said it was extra charge. And he was begging us to use the manager as help and leave him a "good tip." The manager was ok, the place is nice and the price was reasonable but the owner was aggravating af.

Mr. Tran place is beautiful and very clean. Mr. Scott decorated the place very beautiful and very nice. Plus helped us every step of the way, he helped us carry food, drinks and the water. I really truly love this place so much and will be back!!!

I rented this hall for a birthday a few weeks ago and the owner was very helpful in getting the process started. His worker Scott helped us a lot on getting the tables and chairs set up. The place is very spacious and I was able to decorate a back drop there to my liking. Overall a great experience for the price, and size of the Hall!

My sisters throw a surprise baby shower for my wife there. Mr. Tran was very nice and helpful decorating the place to make it look nice for me. My party when over the original time and he let is extend it for a very minimal service charge. All of the guests love the place and ask to book it for future party there.
