“Very High Quality CRAWFISH! Most retailers over-season, but Spring Creek CrossRoads gets 'em RIGHT. Not too hot, not too salty, SCCR Crawfish are what Crawfish are supposed to be! Burn-your-lips-off is not what Cajun is. SCCR Crawfish are GOOD, and you can keep enjoying them, you don't have to back away from them to let your mouth cool off. THAT is Truly Southern.
