Ruined my clothes and couldn't have cared less. They essentially pointed me to the door and told me tough luck and it wasn't on them.

I am aware that sometimes accidents happen at the dry cleaners, which is why I always inspect my clothing for any deficiencies before dropping them off. I know for a fact the holes in these paints and stained shirts were not there before I dropped them off, but the owner refused to admit fault. He told me it was impossible for them to have done it because of some type of equipment he has to prevent it which is beyond ridiculous. He took me in the back and showed me his press which obviously uses high heat and acted like it was some kind of proof it wasn’t him. Both of these items were brand new and he refused to make the situation right in any way. I threw away the shirt so unfortunately I do not have photos of that item but stay away from this establishment, go anywhere else.

It was recommended by my seamstress to take my wedding dress here to get steamed. Unfortunately, they did a very poor job and deformed the top of my dress. When I brought it back the next day to be fixed, they blamed it on the seamstress. I had to take it elsewhere to get fixed, paying double for their mistakes.
