Very helpful and top notch communication. Ordered 8 tires for my truck and from the beginning, the communication was very professional throughout the process. When we arrived to collect the tires, they handled everything as planned and was helpful in the loading. Great job!

I ordered a large product that I don’t have the means to transport myself. This company was contracted by Cabellas to deliver it. Turns out that they also don’t have equipment appropriate to deliver the item and it’s sitting in their warehouse and I’ve been told that I need to rent the equipment required to pick it up and bring it home myself. I live in the middle of Lafayette. ….so I’m out the cost to rent a truck and trailer and no refund on my delivery fee. When I spoke to their customer service the woman was dismissive and expected me to come up with the delivery solution, said she would call back after speaking to a manager, and I haven’t heard from anyone despite calling multiple times. Do not use companies that contract with this service.
