I went to Broussard Location, and was the best experience I have had in a facility around Lafayette. Tech was patient and very pleasant. Would recommend them over all other facilities.

Went there a few months ago. Wait time was horrible. I had an appointment and I had to wait about 2 hours for an MRI. Then they took me outside to a mobile unit. Machine was so LOUD (very old). This experience was awful, and I will never go there again.

Could have taken ambassador caffery on to Vera School road and then Louie the 14th then take a right at the light on to kaliste saloon road and the location was on the right a very familiar route for me

We had an appointment at 11 and was told to call and see if we could come in early after leaving a previous appointment. We were told to come in early but still had to wait three hours until the scheduled time anyway. Please don't tell patients to come in early if you will not take them until their scheduled time anyway. A waste of time sitting there for three hours.

My husband & I have been here a total of 5 times for testing over the years. We complete all paperwork electronically through email provided before hand as instructed. The staff has always been friendly & professional. My questions are always answered & every detail explained before hand. I always request this business when testing needed.

Incredible staff!! They were able to schedule me the same day and accommodate my need for an after work appointment. My result were sent directly to my Dr same day!!
