I wish I knew the name of the lady that helped me with the appointment. She was very nice and professional. Greg in service did awesome job get all my issues resolved. Ricky with shuttle took me safely to work and picked me up, very pleased. I had option of going to Beaumont Tx which is closer to my home or Lafayette. I was able to work in Lafayette. Overall an awesome experience and would highly recommend!!!

I brought my truck in to get washed and detailed and I am thrilled with the results! I made an appointment and they were ready for me when I got there. The staff was friendly and professional. It was ready in a little over an hour which was exactly what they told me. My truck looks and smells brand new again. Ohhhhh….. why did I wait so long?

I've taken my Mazda6 in here for scheduled maintenance several times and have always received fast, friendly, trustworthy service. After 2 years I've never had a problem with my car or the service provided here.

I tried refinancing my car and I owe more than it is worth so I can't refinance. Nobody can understand how I owe so.much money on a used Kia with an 11000 dollar down-payment, my answer, Acadiana Mazda let one of their salespeople rip me off, using the fact that he is a vet and my family are vets in order to get me to trust him. I am stuck with a car now I can't trade in or refinance because the salesmen at Acadiana Mazda think more about their commission than taking care of their customers. I would NOT recommend going here.

I recently had my car (CX-9) serviced at Acadiana Mazda and, as always, was thoroughly pleased. Perry is always friendly, helpful, and accommodating and I am always in and out in no time at all! They by far provide the best service I have ever had on one of my vehicles. I would highly recommend them!

A friend of mine went to this dealership and purchased her SUV from Big Chad Hickman. He was absolutely amazing. There was no pressure at all from Chad or the dealership and my friend was in and out of that place in no time. So if you ever have reservations about buying a vehicle, please take a visit and ask for big Chad Hickman, you will be happy that you did!
