When I got there, Shontelle was right there to greet me and go over the plan for my car maintenance. She was very polite and kept me up to date on the work being done on my car.Next I met Louis and he was very nice to show me the newer models of my car. He explained the upgrades made to these cars. I look forward to doing business with them again.

Totally dishonest finance practices, what they say is not what's on the docs. Finance simply lies and you sign something completely different from what you are told. I do not recommend this dealership.

I contacted every Acura dealer in the Houston area (and a few in Dallas!) and I could not find a reasonable price on a new Acura. One call to Michael Lacour at Lafayette Acura and I received a very competitive offer without any negotiation. It actually made me suspicious as some dealers will say anything to get you into the showroom. My concerns were unfounded. Michael stayed past closing (I used the wrong address and arrived late!) and it was the quickest, easiest vehicle purchase I've ever experienced. I spoke briefly with the store manager; very nice, genuine conversation. I can't recommend Lafayette Acura, and especially Michael Lacour, enough. Well worth the drive and will be buying future Acuras there as well. Every Acura dealership should be this good.

This was my first Acura purchase and Mike and his team made my experience an extraordinary one. Thank you! My experience purchasing a car from Acura Lafeyette was excellent. I worked with Taylor through the entire purchase. She was fast and thorough when it came to any questions/concerns I had. I have been an Acura owner for over 20 yrs., was driving to Baton Rouge, previously. I had no idea of Lafayette location, until received a marketing mail out.
