Wouldn’t do business here. Paid my car off more then 6months ago never got my title, I had to call them more then a handful of times to ask if they sent my title. sent it 6 months later than got my address wrong. Great.

Customer services goes a long way, whether it be in person or over the phone. However, over the phone conversations plays a huge part when us members have issues or questions about our accounts and we have to call and speak with somebody. If its a great impression with a friendly staff member, its helps us to remember why we chose this Union. But when we call and get on the phone with a rude staff member, who sounds like your making her do more work and research than she would like, huffing and puffing over the phone, makes me remember why I contemplate on leaving this Union time and time again. Idk why, but Cheryl or Sheryl, however her name is spelled, has been quite rude in her tone and phone etiquette every single time I have called and ended up having to speak with her. Customer service doesnt stop at in person interactions, it also carries over to phone interactions as well.

This was my first time at the bank. As a new customer I was welcomed as soon as I entered and directed where I needed to go. The teller, Misty, was a lovely person who was very friendly and helpful with my transaction. I'm happy to have made the decision to open an account with Advancial! Thank you!

Myself and my wife to be both have seperate checking and savings accounts with Advancial. Absolutely no problems... We went in to open a joint checking account and were denied because of her "credibility score" with Chex Systems. Her score was good enough for them to open her solo account less than 6 months ago though. Also, they issued her a secured loan and a credit card to start building her credit. She doesn't have bad credit, she is starting to build her credit. Spoke to Rayshelle about the situation and she supposedly sorted the situation out. Return to the branch to fill out the paper work and were denied again. "You'll have to call Chex Systems and see what the problem is and they can issue you a report." We call and speak to some guy who can barely speak understandable English and are told that he can't help us and request a report. Only thing the report says is that she has an address change and was issued a social security card in 1994. So basically from what I gather, living a simple life isn't an option anymore. My point is this, we want to invest more money into your credit union! The only reason I left two stars instead of one is because the teller we dealt with at the Kaliste Saloom branch was genuinely sorry and was about as upset as we were because it made no sense. We are not crooks and we aren't scammers. We are both honest, hard working people and were not treated as such.

This bank has employees of scammers and liars. I requested replacement of my credit card in November 2023 and to this day I haven't received even just the shadow of it. All these chat/call representatives are strong promises of lies stating "your card has been ordered and is on the way. It might take many weeks to arrive as its international." Imagine, it is goin to be 1 year waiting of this card now! I chatted with the liars again and again stating that courier to US & vice versa would only take 3-5 business days not weeks or year. If I ask them for a tracking number, they cannot give one and would insist that I should wait. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS SCAM TO MY NURSES FRIENDS EVER. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. I deeply regretted for doin. This scam's behaviour is extremely UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT EVER BE A MEMBER OF ADVANCIAL. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER Credit unions out there. While I sit here waiting on hold, I figured it would be a great opportunity to warn everyone to about "inactivity/dormant fees". Last week, we were informed that our account was going to be "frozen" due to inactivity and we were going to be penalized every month with a fee. Up to this point, we did not have any issues with this bank. Once we contacted the representative, I asked to close the account. After telling the representative our situation, she basically said all banks do this and she would remove the fee if we did a transfer from one of our accounts. Now I just learned that the banks take this fee, because if an account if dormant too long, the money gets taken by the state. Kinda seems like the bank wants to get their cut before they lose your money. Anyway, the rep stated she would remove the fee, but only if we keep the accounts open, basically using the fee to pressure us into keeping our business with this bank. The penalty fee is not huge, but it is cummalitve every month and it's shady business practice for a representative to use the threat of fees when a customer wants to close their account.So to review, if you have an account you aren't using as much, you should check to make sure your bank or credit union isn't "legally" stealing your money (like Advancial) and I would avoid any establishment that uses the threat of fees to pressure you into keeping your business with them.

I guess people that have been here all their lives just accept inadequate service. This a horrible credit union that actually serves no purpose at all. The app is outdated slow and hard to navigate. At least half of the staff seems to have a 1960 mindset. I have used credit unions for over 30 years in several different states and this place is the absolute worst.They actually charged me to close my account. Chase bank had absolutely NO problem completing my cash advance for 14,200.00 so I have absolutely NO problem with them accumulating interest on my deposits. I understand that Advancial is not a national chain and most financial institutions in this country are bias misleading and out right crooks but Chase at least applies thought to their schemes. When you live your life by the motto do it right or don’t do it at all being a member of Advancial is totally unacceptable.
