Went in this am to buy some fruit. No cashiers to be found....I do not do self check out because the store does not give me a discount or pay me for self check out. Found a very nice staff member in flower area that pointed out another staff member to me. This woman stated she was a cashier but all cashiers were on their break. I would need to wait 15 to 30 minutes to be checked out. No.....I will not. Put all fruit back and left store. Will never walk into an Albertsons again. Will buy from some where else.

I came to the store for age restricted items. I know that ever store ask for your ID/Driver license when age restricted items are purchased. I give my driver license to the cashier. He tries to peel off the information sticker that's put on the driver license from the DMV. Says that my information is not pulling up in the system. Takes my DL as he is still actively try to remove the information from my driver license go to another register. Then comes back never scanned it again then gives my license back after he has damaged my license. I pay get my item and leave. Is that protocol for y'all to damage a person's License?

Wish that the APP would have the correct times for online pickup and go orders. It says till 9pm but twice now I've had a scheduled pick up for 8pm and after waiting 20 minutes in parking lot I'd get a notice on app saying my link had expired , and gave me NO OTHER OPTIONS of how to get my order . I eventually had to get down and find someone to help me.

Go there at 5pm for fried chicken and none available b/c they are cleaning fryer at peak time of people coming for dinner. Thanks Super 1 for having what I needed

The produce here is disgusting. Went in for some apples and you literally have to dig through all of them to find good ones. I'm not saying I don't go to other store and theirs are perfect but I literally saw 2 different rotting apples and that does NOT happen overnight.
Rotting grapes, moldy strawberries, moldy grape tomatoes. This is literally the nastiest produce I've ever seen. I ended up not even getting anything.
I'm not going to completely complain about everything because the meat department was great with their service and was quick to give me my salmon.
Self checkout was quick and easy but overall the produce really brought my desire to return to this store down to almost a 0.

I like that Albertson's has just for you deals; just download their app on your phone and choose the Just4u deals at the time. You must pick the deals before you get to the cash register.. Put in your phone # associated with the app and watch the savings. The just4u deals are just that; they are good deals

Went to get a cake for Saturday and after ordering the entire thing person then tells me I have to pre-pay. First off, tell people this BEFORE they order. I don’t have an issue prepaying, however, if the cake is wrong, then I have to get a refund which takes forever. However, no problem. Go to pay for it, and their machine for tap pay will not work. Cashier was nice but the other person who helped her was not. Ended up telling them to forget it, and canceled cake order. Bakery was also NOT friendly. Will happily take money to a better bakery or even a store. Learn some customer service and have machines that work.

THE go-to place for fruit and meat and don't forget bakery! My favorite.Haven't met an Albertsons I didn't love. Although the stores have differences to keep it fresh.Still first place!

The store was not busy. Shelves well stocked, and spaces being filled as I was shopping. Prices have really gone up. I finally get to the check out area and line up. My mature pi k haired cashier was not impressed with my very full cart. She huffed and eye rolled as she started to scan each item. As I was putting the filled bags back into my cart she continued to groan. Finally she scanned the last item and declares. I survived!!! She never gave me the total. I put my phone number in the machine to claim my discount to which she eye rolled again. Blurts out. Wow you saved $76. I said but I had to spend $400 to get it, all the while the cashier, who is getting paid, complained. She just blankly stared at me like she was waiting for a tip. I paid and walked out. I won't return to that location. I'm sorry you hate your job. I say quit. The young man in the parking lot who was collecting carts saw me and asked to help me load my groceries. Best part of this experience. Albertsons. You need to do better.
