Just called to get propane at my house as a new potential customer and had to wait on hold for 15 minutes, so I’d hate to know how long existing customers stay on hold. Then the lady who answered was so unbelievably rude, to top that off they think they can charge you to give you a quote.

Late on delivery and don't know what size my tank is. Might be time to shop around.

Get rid of the call center. The hoops you have to jump through are ridiculous. Answer the phone directly. Customers will appreciate it more. This review is on the ridiculousness of the call center not the people. The staff is awesome.
