Went to the Ambassador store yesterday to try and repair a number sync problem with my new Apple Ultra 2 watch and my 13mini iPhone. I had been trying 5days to correct this issue with numerous Apple and Att tech support personnel without success. Went into this store and asked for Manager (Tyrell). He and Att rep Karl assisted. In 30mins my number sync problem was corrected. This correction saved me at least $1700 on a new IPhone purchase. Great Tech support and service Thanks very much

They really don’t even deserve a star. My husband and I went into the store regarding a promotion on the internet ($40) a month with the flier he got from their store. Signed up for it. Received credit on the account because it was less than we originally paid. Then my husband received a text saying our internet was disconnected. No one could tell me why I owe money with a -0- balance on the account. Went into the store and couldn’t tell us anything they just referred call ATT. Our bill was $158 dollars and was told no such price existed. Finally found out that if we had the Internet Air, we would receive the discount after 3 months. Was never told that we would have to set up a new account to view the bill. Now that the internet has been disconnected, we have to wait for a new HUB to be sent to us. Know your product and needless to say, after 18 years someone else will receive my business.
