Within seconds of walking through the door, we were greeted by Karime. She immediately understood what we needed and went out of her way to assure our needs were met and issues resolved. Employees like her are the reason we have always been and will always be AT&T customers.

I would like to give a huge compliment to sales person Curtis Ranris. He welcomed me to the store by shaking his hand and paid special attention to my situation regarding billing issues.
He went above and beyond by reaching customer service on the phone, taking the time to verify himselft, the store, all the protocols needed to authenticate the call, and Rebecca Garcia from that department also got fully involved in my billing issue, by reasoning and reviewing the bill I had received, based on a mistake generated by the billing department.
Together, Curtis and Rebecca were able to solve my problem and adjusting the bill to the right amount, which I gladly paid at the moment.
It's hard to find people that despite I was not going there to buy a product or service (in fact I am a former AT&T customer) do get involved in what makes other people upset and a matter of changing someone's life, is giving their attention.
From this visit I want to share, definetly I will recommend this store in Lafayette, and specifically Curtis, to any person that needs services and for the AT&T brand, Curtis and Rebecca made a HUGE difference in the perception of how AT&T handles customers overall.
I would like this comment to reach Rebecca's boss and I was able to personally compliment Curtis with his boss at the store.

Thank you Jon and Christy trying everything possible to make our transition happen. I feel you have done everything in your power. I am still fight to resolve things with Spectrum. Spectrum is the #1 reason we chose to bring our business devices to AT&T.

I had an amazing experience at AT&T thanks to Cherell! She took great care of me and provided excellent customer service that was both friendly and incredibly efficient. Cherell went above and beyond to explain everything in detail and patiently answered all of my questions. I appreciated how quickly she handled everything while making sure I fully understood all my options. She truly made my visit stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend seeking her out for top-notch service!
