  Terrible. Store is closed in middle of day for employee to supposedly go on break. We have been waiting for over 40 minutes. There is no sign on door indicating when employee may return. Not knowing when place will reopen is very frustrating. As negative a review as possible should be assigned to this situation

  Store Manager Jau'marl and Store rep Sharriss were exceptionally professionally and attentive. They saved us over $600 in credits that another AT&T store wrongly charged us for which made us ultimately stay with AT&T. We got our new iPhone 16's activated in no time! I didn't know I qualified for first net until speaking with them! Jau'marl should be on his way to corporate and if Sharr aka Star isn't made into a manager soon, AT&T is needing to open their eyes! I will speak with them both "ONLY" for any future issues or needs!

  I went to the location on congress first, they were zero help.. I went to the Johnston location and me and my grandmother were helped promptly and were treated like family and shared the word of God, the associates that worked on that day need a raise 👍🏼 service was remarkable, will be going to that location to that sales associate specifically for all future dealings

  Just a warning about this store. I went to get a new phone, declined optional services but these services were still added to my plan any way without my consent. I finally caught this on my bill and it took a couple hours on the phone with AT&T customer service to get it fixed. I tried calling the store, asked for a manager and was hung up on. Called back, explained the situation and got "Well you'll have to come into the store to get this straightened out bruh." Certainly not going back to this store after all this. Just more fuel for a once loyal AT&T customer to want to switch carriers.

  The AT&T store at the Acadiana Mall in Lafayette, Louisiana is incredible. They always take great care of me when adding an additional line, new phones, and account changes. They are great. And you don’t wait in a line to receive services.

  I had a horrible experience there!!! Rude workers!!! They didn't help me at all!!! They were know how to unlock my phone!!!

  I don’t like to write a bad review, but is a little out my way on April I when to open a new account since I been have Verizon for years on all my other lines, but believe me I regret come to these store. No good service.hope no one else experiences fraud like I feel they did to me. After open two accounts with one phone, I don’t know how they did it but we are in December and they still don’t fixed their mistake. ?

  So I'd like to give my 2 cents on this store!!!! This is the BEST AT&T store I have probably ever been to!!! The ENTIRE staff were so friendly, patient,funny and extremely helpful!!! I purchased 2 new phones and one(mine)? had way too much on it to transfer but they were patient and NEVER gave up! Surprisingly for young people today!THANK YOU TO SHAR, JORDAN, JAU'MARL, BEAU AND DESTINIE FOR MAKING ME LIKE AT&T AGAIN!! Was actually thinking about switching providers just because of bad service! Had to get all of their names because I'm not used to this kind of service anymore! This will be the only store I go to!!! June 30th I went there and my phone is still working great!❤️?????THANKKKK YOU!
