We’ve been AT&T wireless customers for more than 10 years. We usually go to a different store closer to our home, but my son is a student at UL and he needed a replacement phone, and quick like! We chose this store because of the location. Chase offered his help and in no time we had what we needed and were headed home He was energetic, personable and eager to help. We had a pleasant experience with Chase & would recommend him to our friends & family.

First let me say that wasn't any waiting time on arrival. CSR is very professional as I foremost the Whole Staff being on that level. I was treated as a customer first and for. I witnessed the Communication between themselves was excellent. I recommend anyone looking for a phone look here you're going to be glad you did thanks....

The wifi is terrible. Salesman told me I would not have any buffering or lagging issues and that was a complete lie.

I personally am in a field that deals with the general public daily. Dealing with all the personalities out there sometimes can be a daunting task. I was in a bit of a pickle when my phone decided to crap out. My personality also being very much outgoing is hard to deal with at times. But I have to applaud the service guy that assisted me today. Demarcus was so very kind, courteous, and completely willing to answer all my questions without hesitation. He informed me of all the promotions going on and even got me a pretty sweet deal on a new watch. I thank you Demarcus, your customer service skills are excellent!

Been to this location a few times over the course of 3 years. The employees aren’t really helpful, didn’t inform me of all available promotions and options. Every time I’ve gone, I sensed an attitude of “what do you want, I’m only here to get paid” and not a spirit of hospitality. Would choose any other location. The mall location is exceptional, ambassador is busy but also great. Anywhere but there.

Everyone in the store was friendly. Damarcus (spell check) and Char were very helpful in addressing my issue. Damarcus got me a new line and was very thorough in explaining everything and making sure I was satisfied before I left. Will definitely go to this store from now on. 🩷

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at ATT. All I needed was my sim cards activated and I spent an Hour and 40 minutes trying to get this done while young lady kept trying to upsell me. I finally accepted ATT air because I wanted my sims activated. Amazingly right after I said yes, she was able to get my phone working. When the ATT air arrives, it will be returned to the store unopened. Beware .if you go to this store it is nothing but an exercise in trying to upsell you. Horrible customer service. After 14 years with ATT, I think it is time for a change. If I could give it zero stars ..I would.

Rep Bastian asked for the IMEI number for my device. I handed it to him to see the number. As he was going thru the process, I received several te,t messages with verification codes to which HE OPENED MY TEXT MESSAGES TO READ! It was not his place to go any further than the IMEI screen. While he was in my messages I received a message about a 3.99 charge for Mobile Security which I did not add nor approve.approved. When I asked the rep, he claimed he knew nothing about it and did NOTHING to correct it other than telling me to go to the app. (HE seemed more focused on his next customer that he moved on to. He didn't make sure that I had service nor that my phone was reading the correct eSIM. I had to figure it out after having no internet access.
Poor customer service, failed to complete process, and lack of correcting issues.
