I had an emergency last evening; my phone fell in a puddle and was run over before I realized it was missing. At 7 pm I showed up at the store. A young man named Chris spent much time and energy knowledgeably and sympathetically replacing my phone and helping me recover the essential info like contacts. He went beyond what was necessary to what was exceptional service. I am impressed and will remember him as a valuable resource.
