Inquired online: Response Time and Flexibility on appointment 10/10
Salesman Patrick Nance: Communication, Knowledge, Personable, Comfortable and Relaxed Experience, Helpfulness 10/10
The Financial Team/ Audi Lafayette Team 10/10
This will be the only dealership I will deal with from here on especially if Patrick is there. Truly made the difference after so many bad experiences over the years at different dealerships.
Highly recommend. Overall Experience 10/10

Logan was a great salesman! He got my grandmother in a nice used ride, better than what we were initially looking at. Great service as well! The detailing team has already left for the day, as we went later in the evening. So, they let us bring it by for a detail at our earliest convenience. Logan was so great that my grandmother had a stroke in May and is still recovering, so he let me and my uncle test drive the car and stayed with my grandmother at the dealership while we did so. Financial adviser was great as well, Dylan did an amazing job!

Unfortunately had Trey Breaux as a sales person. Most horrible experience with these people. The vehicle we bought had issues that were included in the deal to be fixed, written down on paper, and its been months and hasn't been fixed. Unprofessional salesman and his manager. I wouldn't recommend buying from this place.

A couple of days ago, my son and I went to Audi and purchased his first vehicle We had been looking for a really long time. Everything looked really nice , even the building. All employees were really nice. I have to say to our sales rep Hannah, she went above and beyond, she knows what she's doing and we were so comfortable like we were shopping with a family member.The best I've ever dealt with. I will eventually be looking for another car for my youngest soon so im definetly going to see Hannah.
