“(Perfect place to go if you are looking to get your car fixed!) I want to start by saying I had nothing but a wonderful experience at Bobby’s Paint and Body shop experienced no problems at all!. When it came to getting my car estimate it was super fast and the gentleman who did the estimate for me “Ny” was super friendly Was excellent at explaining everything that would need to be done to my car along with getting it done through my insurance with the estimate of the car repair and my actual deductible price I would pay Two things I’ve saw a lot on the Google reviews when I was trying to figure out what place to go with when I was looking to get my car fixed was (Firstly) - Getting different prices when they get the car estimated vs when they actually pick up the car I can honestly say I had no problem with that the price I was given when I got my car first looked at Was the price I paid when I received my car completely done If you are bringing you car in because of a car accident or wreck everything is done through the insurance company you have for your vehicle so there should be no reason why people are leaving negative reviews for that And (Secondly) Estimated times keep changing are the second thing I saw a lot on the reviews which AGAIN I don’t understand why you would leave a negative review for that because I for one would rather have my car worked on a little longer to make sure everything is working properly and fixed properly That’s exactly what I received from my experience going here I actually got my car looking better then it did before my front bumper was damaged it not only looked new on the exterior but the interior was BEAUTIFULLY CLEANED! inside as well when I picked up my car!!! Nothing but wonderful things to say about how there business is run also in the small amount of time I was waiting in the lobby Every single employee was so friendly and very polite! The young blonde women at the front desk was so sweet and kind when assisting you The quality of employees I can say is definitely a reflection of the owner Bobby who was actually in there the two times I needed to get the car checked and dropped off He not only greeted me and my husband but was extremely pleasant to talk too because of how warm and welcoming he was when he greeted and spoke with you Once again nothing but great things to say about this place I’m not from Lafayette so I had no knowledge of the business around here this I can say is a great choice to go with if your in need of getting your car fixed!!!!.”

“I called them at 10:20 on a Saturday to ask about replacing 4 tires and if they had them in stock. Of course they had them and then I asked if I should come on Monday. He said it'd be no problem if I came right now and it wouldn't take them long.
I arrived at 10:30.
By 10:50, all 4 tires were replaced, I had already checked out, and was on my way home.

“I called early one morning, feeling very discouraged because I knew my daughter had a nail in her back tire and tried to repair it the day before at another tire automotive and they said her tread was too low and they could not repair it for liability reasons and that she actually needed all new four tires because they were all balding and dangerous. Needless to say the man David, who answered the phone was extremely helpful. I told him that I did not think we had a spare tire, but we needed to place an order for the tires and get it as soon as possible . He told me that it would take a day or two to come in and then when I expressed my concern about my daughter’s daily two hour commute to Eunice for school made me nervous because I was afraid if she got stranded on these back roads and put her in danger because her route to school consisted of these country curvy back roads with potholes with no shoulder to pull over on if she needed it to. He immediately felt for me as a concerned parent and he expedited the order & shipping. That same afternoon, my daughter got all four tires put on and I have never seen this kindness from a service industry in a very long time….there ARE STILL REALLY NICE AND CARING PEOPLE OUT THERE!!!! My daughter was also having a really bad day (actually a bad two weeks with family tragedy)and when David greeted her and spoke with her while waiting on her car, he had many words of wisdom which lifted up her spirits and changed her whole outlook on life! Thanks so much Mr. David ? You are an angel!”

“I experienced air loss in one of my tires and had previously taken my vehicle to Giles for inspection during normal maintenance. Initially, I was told there were no issues with the tire. A month later, after having to revisit, I was informed that a nail had punctured it, necessitating the purchase of two new tires—one for the nail and the other to ensure even wear. I requested a patch for the tire since my upcoming tire replacement fell under the tires-for-life program, but I was told it couldn't be patched for safety reasons. This seemed convenient for them, as it meant the tire program wouldn't have to cover the cost. I was then informed that the tires were out of stock and would take 2-3 days to arrive. Unsatisfied with this response, I decided to visit Hebert Tire & Auto. With my tire losing air rapidly, I needed a solution, even if it meant purchasing a new tire. At Hebert Tire & Auto, I was welcomed by friendly and eager staff who quickly found the screw in my tire and confirmed that it could be patched! Their team is both knowledgeable and reliable. They took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and what options were available. My tire was patched promptly, and I was back on the road safely! I've certainly found my go-to shop for all my tire and auto repair needs. I wholeheartedly recommend them above all others! Thank you, Hebert Tire & Auto Team!”

“I liked the guys and happy I shopped local. However, they didn't fix my problem. My front end rattles, and I'd been told I needed a new wheel hub, which I conveyed to the guys at this shop. One mechanic opined there was no issue with the wheel hub, but that the noises were from one of struts bottoming out--which might've also been true, but I don't think that was the issue. They replaced the struts without first giving me an estimate (I thought they were just inspecting things and got a call saying the repairs were done), although I was ok with the price considering the parts and labor. I assume they did good work on the struts. But it didn't fix the problem, which is still the wheel hub.”

“I brought my 2002 Acura RSX type S in To have a Skunk2 MegaPower II Exhaust installed. Whenever I open the box, I realized that the flange on the exhaust was a 2 bolt flange and the one under the car was a 3 bolt flange. These guys did an excellent job hooking me up and making it work. 10 out of 10 recommend for any exhaust needs.”
