  I came for some LUG NUTS!!??!?! I get maybe you don’t know anything about cars so I understand you need to put in my specific make, model, year and trim in the computer But they STILL wouldn’t sell me any because I need to go to the dealership for “that type of car”…….then the actual manager comes out to tell me to try a local tire shop cause he doesn’t know anything about cars himself! They got the blind leading the deaf at this location @Autozone needs to send help from other locations ASAP btw my car is an Infiniti q50 just because they can’t afford it doesn’t mean it has dealership exclusive parts that any auto store wouldn’t have…..it’s just lug nuts….

  I've been to this location multiple times and every staff member here is the most helpful and most friendly that I have ever experienced at AutoZone location.

  Plain and simple: they lied. Dude said he couldn't check my alternator because he couldn't go outside with other customers there. Customers that weren't even in the store. CUSTOMERS THAT HAD JUST PULLED UP IN THEIR VEHICLES.

  Did you know that there is a time limit in the store for when you looking at accessories ? I did not know going to autozone there is a time limit in the store. so I guess I will go to Oreilly's cause they said they don't have a time limit when shopping for accessories . And I was only there for maybe 10min and it's not like I looked like a bum and even if I did , I own my own shop and drive 2022 cars , so I don't know what the heck their problem is.
  And of course not a single person admitted to being the manager. My shop actually does plenty of business with autozone , used to now.
