The Avis car rental team at the Lafayette airport is the best. They are always friendly and helpful and make the rental experience quick and easy. I used to use National but had to use Avis once when National didn’t have any cars. I’ve never gone back!

I am a regular customer of a different rental car agency, but when sold out, Avis is my backup because they seem to always have cars available. My past experiences with Avis have not been great, but THIS location, at Lafayette Airport, provided excellent and friendly customer service. They were super fast and very efficient.
