The non-profit that I work for has always used AwardMaster to create our employee of the year awards. This year we've requested many changes to the template, and they have been so accommodating and HELPFUL! I realized I forgot to pick up the medals I had made for our 5yo soccer team. I sent an email on a day they were closed and they actually came to meet me at the store so I could pick them up. Don't YOU be negligent and make them do that, but it was absolutely awesome that they did that. Our Cheetahs will get their medals on their last game now.

The quality of their work is top notch but production is slow to say the least. We’ve ordered badges multiple times now and order to delivery is at least 2 weeks. Product quality is great though.

I went in for the 1st time today (August 16th) with a very odd/ off the wall request. The woman at the counter was so helpful, funny and kind. She went to so much work finding the perfect base to my husband’s project. Will definitely be back!

This team went above and beyond for my dad’s gift. I had a bar-b-cue set engraved and an Apron personalized. I was late and didn’t think I could get it done. Adam and team rushed the order and it was beautifully done. They simply come from a place of “yes.” It’s refreshing and a pleasure to shop at this stellar locally owned business!! Highly recommend!

I have received beautiful customized gifts from AwardMaster and have, in turn, purchased numerous gifts. All of the work has been exemplary. My last request was that they design a banner for my 50th class reunion. It was awesome, and my classmates loved it.

I trusted them because I am new to the area and it was the worst experience ever. The simple requests I made were ignored, & I was treated in the rudest manner by a female staffer. The trophy was not even ready a week later, text wrong, pieces not as promised. The owner did try to fix it, but it could not be made as promised. Overpriced & not worth the agony of dealing with this place. I had no trouble for 12 years in another city with gifts, trophies, & awards.

Awardmaster has done great work for me in the past. The owner will make sure that the customer is happy. The staff has always been wonderful. I use them for all my personalized gifts.
