“(Perfect place to go if you are looking to get your car fixed!) I want to start by saying I had nothing but a wonderful experience at Bobby’s Paint and Body shop experienced no problems at all!. When it came to getting my car estimate it was super fast and the gentleman who did the estimate for me “Ny” was super friendly Was excellent at explaining everything that would need to be done to my car along with getting it done through my insurance with the estimate of the car repair and my actual deductible price I would pay Two things I’ve saw a lot on the Google reviews when I was trying to figure out what place to go with when I was looking to get my car fixed was (Firstly) - Getting different prices when they get the car estimated vs when they actually pick up the car I can honestly say I had no problem with that the price I was given when I got my car first looked at Was the price I paid when I received my car completely done If you are bringing you car in because of a car accident or wreck everything is done through the insurance company you have for your vehicle so there should be no reason why people are leaving negative reviews for that And (Secondly) Estimated times keep changing are the second thing I saw a lot on the reviews which AGAIN I don’t understand why you would leave a negative review for that because I for one would rather have my car worked on a little longer to make sure everything is working properly and fixed properly That’s exactly what I received from my experience going here I actually got my car looking better then it did before my front bumper was damaged it not only looked new on the exterior but the interior was BEAUTIFULLY CLEANED! inside as well when I picked up my car!!! Nothing but wonderful things to say about how there business is run also in the small amount of time I was waiting in the lobby Every single employee was so friendly and very polite! The young blonde women at the front desk was so sweet and kind when assisting you The quality of employees I can say is definitely a reflection of the owner Bobby who was actually in there the two times I needed to get the car checked and dropped off He not only greeted me and my husband but was extremely pleasant to talk too because of how warm and welcoming he was when he greeted and spoke with you Once again nothing but great things to say about this place I’m not from Lafayette so I had no knowledge of the business around here this I can say is a great choice to go with if your in need of getting your car fixed!!!!.”

“I went to speak to the secretary about some particular running boards as an upgrade for my Ram 1500. The staff is great on the computer she showed some parts, but I really needed to see the part in all black, so I can be sure it's the exact item I wanna put on my truck. I showed the receptionist the part I wanted on another truck I saved. I just have to come up with half of $1450 so they can gon and order the part. The facility is very clean and comfortable and again great staff. I went to other places before going to Auto Extreme and they could get what I needed and Auto Extreme do so I'm ready to make the funds and do my next upgrade to my truck.”

“In this day and age it’s hard to find honest and trustworthy body shops! I feel like I’m dealing with a friend that you can trust here. Communication has been great! “Over the last 35 years I've used several paint and body shops, I can attest that 100% you WILL NOT find a better painter in the Acadiana area as well as an honest man. Kevin has performed work on my 14 year old F250 on two occasions and the work he completed was far beyond my expectations, amazing at how he flawlessly matched a 14 year old paint job !!! This guy is a professional at the highest level, I'm astounded that he is not more well-known although he is a hidden gem amongst others in this business who are shoddy con-men. I guarantee that anyone who brings their vehicle in to Kevin will be very pleased with the service and finished project. I've posted some pictures of my truck that I picked up today although pictures do not reflect the gorgeous job that Kevin did on this truck considering what he started with.
