Would rate this place a 0 if I could. Brought in my pup for concerns when she fell over and couldn't get up. They told me she was dehydrated. They never told me she was in bad condition the next morning. The morning vet never called until I called them. I was told she had a seizure during the night and another early morning. They said she was "sedated"well I picked up my dog 3/4ths dead. The vet couldn't tell me what's wrong and proceeded to throw a bunch of things out there that were ridiculous, saying he needed to go over her profile. Her chart should have already been gone through. I felt very accused of not feeding my dog when he said she was " so skinny" "when's the last time she drank" which was not true. She's a teacup and gets all the food and water she wants. She LIVED like a princess. She's always been a small pup. I got a totally different story from the vet the night I brought her there and a totally different story from the morning vet and did have to put her down 2 days after bringing her to this place. I wouldn't bring an insect here.

Always a great place to take my pet for boarding or vet services. Everyone is so nice and friendly-to people and animals. They try to help you with arranging schedules etc to see your pet or get boarding secured.

We were traveling and our 12 year old schnauzer started vomiting foam and having bloody diarrhea. I'm so glad I found this place on yelp. They were very professional and the facility was very clean. The vet recommended Gracie stay overnight with drips and observation. They said to call anytime which I did and was given a report of how she was doing. The next morning the vet called and reported on her progress. We were able to continue to Houston to pick up our grandkids and swing by and pick Sweetie Gracie up!

Nice vets but when ur cat stays over nite and they give him back covered in piss and then after I ask them to bath him he was put back in a piss soaked carrier sorry not the level of care I expect very sad then after two days of my cat being there no diagnosis he's sick try these medicines smh

I was so impressed by the professionalism and seriousness of the nurses and doctors on staff . I mother's dog went in the road and got road burns and bruising on head and chest. I sister ran the me about the dog getting bumped. I said: where is he ? Is he dead . I ran to pick him up as oncoming traffic was coming even a eighteen wheeler . The dog passed out. I woke him up as I called his name . I cleaned his bloody scraped nose and asked my mother to call the Lafayette animal clinic, they said bring him in . They have 24 hour service! The dog was hospitalized on iv and medication for 2 days. He is well and just has a small limp . No surgery no cuts or stitches . He is a blessed dog to have this care and he is our Lucky family dog Oreo a Shitz - Pooh mix. Now I'm bring his Brother in for the rest of his shots today! .

My little nine pound dog was suffering with nausea and vomiting. He wasn't eating or drinking. This office took him in promptly even though they were quite busy on a Sunday during the Christmas holidays. They prescribed medication that took care of the problem and the cost was very reasonable. The vet and veterinary techs were so kind and helpful. They answered all my questions and checked up on us the next day. Wonderful clinic!

Someone brought a STRAY dog here trying to get help. Now they want to overcharge the person and euthanize a dog for snapping at a vets face when clearly it was the vets fault for moving to quickly with an INJURED STRAY DOG!!! Completely inhuman and money hungry! Truly sad and I will never bring a stray or my babies here! I recommend going somewhere that cares more about the animal then a pay down. I'm livid for this poor scared animal. If you don't care about animals get a different job. Completely heartbroken for this poor baby. It took this person 5 hours to befriend this poor baby and y'all just go in there and mess with the baby's INJURIES within minutes!!! I've worked at many animal hospitals. They always MUZZLE STRAYS. This has always been protocol so why was is it this baby's fault he snapped when y'all should've taken PRECAUTIONS!!! Completely unprofessional.

We have had 2 great experiences with this clinic. They where quick to schedule us in for a visit and we were able to use them for boarding. Our trio of animals enjoyed their stay at the pet hotel and we were very happy with the pictures we received while they stayed.

they don't listen to what you have to say as a customer and do things at their own discretion without taking what you had to say into consideration. then they penalize you for calling them out on their incompetence of listening to their customers. They can't even take a simple change of address properly.

I took my fur baby there for worms and blood in stool. The total coast for my small 1 year old cat was 122 and some change. They gave me dewormer and some flea medicine. The staff was very friendly. 10/10 would go back

After having brought my cats here many times since my last review, I can honestly say this is the best vet I have ever trusted. My kitty once developed a goopy pink discharge in her eye due to being bapped by my other cat. I called and they fit me in that night at 830pm. The veterinarian was very gentle with my baby and did a very thorough checkup. Turns out my kitty was quickly forming an ulcer which we caught very early. We were able to heal it within a week! Turns out the place is open 24/7 so they're the best for emergencies. I also highly recommend this vet for their dental work. My kitty had to have a few teeth extracted and the vet took before, during, and after pictures that were texted to me for reassurance. They did an amazing job on the stitching and she had no post surgical issues. Overall this is hands down the best vet in Lafayette.

Awful treatment by desk personnel. We needed a special "vaccination" for our parrot. After a series of phone calls, some returned from this clinic, even a call to our previous bird Vet in Metairie, we were told to take bird in at 7:30 on a Sunday night. We are old and live quite a distance away. Arrived, only to be told that the vaccine was not available. When we asked WHY no one had just called to tell us that, they LIED to our face and said that they didn't have our phone number. But they had already called us back on that number, AND our phone is "listed". Never even got to see the Doctor. Based on this "experience", I say "Stay AWAY from this rude & incompetent place". There are plenty Vets available in the area. Your choice ! Rick

Dr. Patrick is the best! We have been extremely satisfied with the level of veterinary care we have received since bringing our dog here. Our dog had a very bad hernia and Dr. Patrick was the only vet we could find who would do the surgery. The surgery was a success and we have since brought our other dogs here. I wish I could find a doctor like Dr. Patrick for myself. There have been a few hiccups on the customer service side of things, but all of the issues have been addressed and resolved in a professional manner. We also board our dogs here and overall it has been a good experience. The first time there was an issue with the condition we received our dogs when we picked them up, but their customer service team took care of it and made things right. On top of great care, they have a rewards program where you can earn credits toward your vet bills. That comes in very handy!
