HOW BADLY I WISH THEY DID NEGATIVE STARS NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER BEEN DISRESPECTED SO MUCH IN MY LIFE MY HUSBAND WENT TO DROP OFF THE TRUCK AND GOT CUSSED OUT BY THE EMPLOYEE YOUR STAFF IS SO BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL NOT ONLY WAS MY RENTAL LATE WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP IT WAS FULL OF CIGARETTE ASHES AND WATER BOTTLES IT WAS THE MOST DISGUSTING THING I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I RENT FROM THEM I WAS PROMISED A DISCOUNTED BUT INSTEAD I AM GETTING CHARGED AN EXTRA 400 DOLLARS PLEASE IF YOU ANY AMOUNT OF BRAIN CELLS AND SELF DIGNITY DKNT RENT FROM THEM YOUR BETTER OFF WALKING WHERE EVER YOUR GOING

They charged me 50$ and didn’t even take the time to email why awful experience I bought it back sat when I wasn’t supposed to give it back until today and they still overcharge it

BEWARE, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR GAS, EVEN WHEN YOU FILL THE TANK!!!! This is the Worst location to deal with. This location will charge you for things you're not supposed to be charged for. I wish I could give 0 stars. Was charged over 200.00 for a 20 minute trip.

Customer service? What's customer service? Very rude, not helpful, and impossible to work with. Avoid renting anything from this location at all costs whether its a truck or a storage unit
