The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was updated almost every day on the progress of the repairs being done on my vehicle. When I went to picked up vehicle after the repairs were completed, employees who oversaw the repairs, told me what was repaired and the warranty of their work.

While visiting family in Louisiana, I was involved in a car accident, leaving my vehicle undrivable and me feeling stranded far from my home in Missouri. It was a truly distressing situation, but the team at C&R Collision became a beacon of comfort. They immediately put me at ease, assuring me my car was in safe hands.
Ultimately, my insurance company totaled the vehicle, so I can't speak to the quality of their repair work. However, I can wholeheartedly say that the customer service at C&R Collision is absolutely exceptional. Even after learning my car wouldn't be repaired, they went above and beyond. They asked if there was anything I needed from the vehicle, and I thought about a small crucifix hanging on my rearview mirror – a sentimental item I really cherished. The thought of driving all the way back from Missouri just to retrieve it was overwhelming.
Without a moment's hesitation or me even mentioning it, Nicole (and I sincerely hope I'm remembering her name correctly) asked me about the crucifix and so kindly offered to ship it to my home. That simple act of generosity meant the world to me. It truly reflects the kind of people they are at C&R Collision – good, caring individuals who understand the importance of compassion during a difficult time. I can't thank them enough.

I was kept informed through the entire process of my vehicle being fixed. They did such a great job fixing my vehicle, you cannot tell it was wrecked.
I made the right decision in choosing C & R and I would recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle fixed.

Waited 2weeks too take my car in for repairs. 1 week to Repair vehicle. Went too pickup after got a call notifying me that everything was completed. Nope wasn't the case. Fender/door wasn't lining up, hood wasn't lining up, headlights wasn't lining up, left at shop until those things that their quality control dept. Close their eyes on. Picked up car after I jus happen too call too check the statis of my vehicle an was then told that my vehicle was ready two days ago. An was asked if no one had called me to let me know. I said no. Ok picked up car noticed other things that were involved with the accident that the owner said wasn't accident related. They took pcs. Off to replace other pcs. We'll if that aint accident related too remove a part too replace another part that was caused by the accident I don't think they know what they are talking about or they thought I was stupid. Went too leave with car when picked up tried my lock/unlock button on repaired side door handles the one they removed too replace sumthing else that was due too the accident. The button wouldn't work poor quality control. Still having issues with loose parts, body parts not lining up an a shop that doesn't wonna take Responsibility. Please b4 you decide too go please do your homework. Yes they have business but I think that's the problem they are behind an their trying too rush vehicles out too get others in an not satisfying the customer. Mr. Smith.

Update: Aug 10, 2025
They repaired the issue July 15. Unfortunately, On Aug 09 the electrical error for my headlight returned.
I will update review when/if issues are fixed🙌
While the vehicle was returned in working condition, I’m dissatisfied with several aspects of the repair. First, my headlight now shows an error code, but there is a clear mismatch between the two lights—my original headlight has a warm orange hue, while the new one is a much brighter blue. This is not due to oxidation and affects the visual uniformity of the car. Additionally, my front charging ports, which were previously functioning, are no longer working after the repair. These issues have left me feeling disappointed in the quality and thoroughness of the service. The customer service clerk was very dismissive. I'm a disabled veteran and this vehicle is my Volkswagen is my sole transportation that I paid alot for.

My car has been wrecked twice first place did terrible work & service!!
Second wreck brought to C&R they do great work on body and paint service is awesome also I recommend them!!
