This place is horrible. Nothing ever works at it and it's a terrible place to try and get in and out of fir the arms not to ever work. Just close already

4 ATM's at this location. 1 of which cannot be accessed because the lobby is locked after hours. It's hit or miss if the ATM will accept any deposits. Sad that such a prime location has so many problems serving customers needs.

Capital One needs to be open more and longer than it says it is, because it would help all of us Capital One customers out with if we need to call or see a staff member just in case we need to talk to one before it gets too late, etc.

I went through the drive-thru this morning and Ellen was my teller. It was very welcoming and surprising that she introduced herself by name and I really loved that. She was extremely friendly and the service was quick and seamless. Thank you Ellen for your wonderful service.

I have been a customer of Capital One for around 10 years. I started with an online account, then when I moved back to Louisiana, I was delighted to actually have a branch to go to, instead of just customer service by phone.Today, when I made my payment, it didn't credit to my account as expected.Maria went above and beyond to get the issue resolved... even getting on the phone with me, with the credit card division. I am extremely grateful for her assistance today, rather than just dismissing it as a system glitch.

Needed to make a large withdrawal, so I had to go inside. My cashier Tinaa was helpful and attentive, but she went above and beyond to be funny and interesting. Very happy with my experience.

Came in to ask for help with the business account. The banker seemed to have psychic ability, she did not even let me talk about what i needed. I scheduled an appointment for account mainteinance. When i came in, nobody came to help, so i have to check in at their ipad after waiting for 10 mins. There was no option for account mainteinance, so i chose open/close account as the option. Then a banker came and help me, after asking me for identification, she then procceeded with her work. I tried to stop her 2-3 times to explain to her what i needed, she just ignored me and procceed to do whatever she was doing, like she could read my mind. After going in circle of nothing getting done, i managed to explain to her what i need help with, and she was like "oh you were not clear on these" and threw the uncomfort toward us. Ma'am, you probably need to learn to listen to your customers, not like deciding what you want to do for them. If you could talk less, and not showing like you had psychic power, everything would have been easier.

I've been a meme we at Capital One for about 3 months now and I currently have accounts with 2 other banks as well. I closed my Iberia Bank(now owned by First Horizon) and I was also a Midsouth Bank customer several years back. I will have to admit I was a little irritated when I first came to Capital One because I was expecting the same routine as every other bank around. That would be bring in multiple pieces of ID, a cashiers check and/or cash to open the account and do it at a time where you have an hour or more to spare. What I found was that most everything is done by you, the customer online and you don't even need to go into the location! It can literally all be done online (I assume but maybe there are exceptions). So, once they walked me though the process online I went home and opened my savings, CD and an account for my wife in just minutes. I've seen the commercials and they call it "banking reimagined" and Samuel L. Jackson is always saying "what's in your wallet?". In the end and after understanding the difference in philosophy which is really an approach of "the customer controls their accounts" I can say I am much happier with Capital One then I am any of the other 5 or 6 banks I've been using over the last 25 years. It doesn't cost anything to join and when you look at the fees other banks charge for services and the minimums, you'll quickly see the advantages of banking here. Enjoy!

Banking there for roughly 10 years. Pulled up at the drive thru about 7 minutes to 5:00 with a customer in the 2nd or 3rd lane and another customer in the 4th or 5th lane. I assumed since they saw me, they would be willing to help me if 5:00 rolled around before I had my turn. Before I could even open my mouth, the teller had already withdrawn the cylinder used to transport various materials back and forth between the vehicle and the teller. Not even an apology as I was cut off over the speaker to only hear "We close at 5".

I don't enter brick and mortar banks very often, but when I do it's because I can't do what needs to be done online. I had a very serious problem that needed to be solved with extreme urgency, the team at this branch delivered. Paige Trahan led the charge with grace and poise, she never gave up and solved the issue after exploring many different options.

The worst experience. The worst customer service came from Amber. I sat in line for 20 minutes and as soon as the car was in front of me pulled off she let her friend walk up in jump in front of me. She yelled and has the worst attitude. They need to hire better people.

Horrible customer service inside this location! Maybe a management change is in order. Your employees are a reflection of the management.
