When I opened my checking and savings account I told the banker that I saw an ad for $225 bonus when adding direct deposit to new accounts. Direct deposit was added to my account but I did not get the bonus. I called customer service but was told I had to go in to branch. I went in to branch but was told they were short handed and had no one to help me but would call me when someone could. 2 days no call. Went back in-still short handed, no one to help me but would call me to set up appointment. No call. Went back in for 3rd time. Spoke to someone who said his manager was working drive through and currently unavailable to help me, but he would speak to her and contact me. I missed his call the next day, tried again to get in touch with him but kept getting voice mail. Apparently he was off the next day. Tried calling a private banker for 2 days but after holding for a long time on 4 different calls I gave up. Went back in for 4th time. Was informed that because I did not provide a coupon code on the first day I was out of luck. I told them that the banker who opened my accounts did NOT ask for a code, so I didn't know I needed one. If I had known this I would have done so. They reiterated there was nothing they could do. I understand bankers can make mistakes and sometimes fail to take necessary steps, but management could have and should have made this right. The man that helped me was very polite and did all he could do, but management and staff failed many times on several levels and offered no rectification. It's sad that one of the world's largest banks is not concerned with the average working man struggling in this economic crisis. Hire more employees (plenty of people need work right not) and train the employees you do have.

Definitely didn’t like the customer service lady. Came through the drive thru and was not greeted and she didn’t ask me what I needed done. After that she went on to do my transaction incorrectly and I had to correct her own mistake. The only thing I heard her say was have a good day. Maybe she’s new and needs a little more practice.

They would not deposit cash in my account because my driver's license is expired I have five other forms of ID plus the expired DL horrible bank going to close my account after DL renewal
