Was told my shoes would be in between 2-3 buisness days was ordered Oct 5 still never received them but city gear is quick to take your money and over a week later still waiting on shoes never again

I ordered shoes online to be picked up in store. When I arrived they could not find my order and the shoes were dirty with grass and dirt on the inside of them the out side of the shoe had black and red markings on the shoes. These marking were very obvious because the shoes were supposed to be all white. The manager could have bee more professional because when I told them that I will not accept the shoes the manager’s response was “that’s even better”. I think more training is needed at the store here in Lafayette Louisiana.

The items are nice but the store's hot and uncomfortable. This isn't because it's Summer, City Gear has always had a "stuffiness" about it. I can't stand in the store longer than 5 minutes without perspiring, becoming agitated, than leaving.

the highlight i like to share with the viewers is the warm greeting i always recieve from the store employee. City Gear to me has the latest and up to date hip hop fashions, shoes etc. The employee Winter is my favorite she always help me put together a nice fit, so if a pretty girl like Winter say that I'll look nice wearing this then i'm taking her word i can use the compliment from friends and family when they see me wear the outfit Winter help me pick. I plan to return to Acadiana Mall and ask for Winter opinion on another outfit to match another pair of All Whi Nike 95
