Cashier lady tried to say my little brother was trying to steal. My husband and I and my brother were just buying candy, and she was so inappropriate and rude! Never coming back. And I have only ever bought gas from them. Never again! 0 star! We don't steal in my family.

Came to pick up to good to go order and they refused to help me. The store shouldn't be part of the program if they can't fulfill orders.

Hilarious experience on March 9th around 10am.
First I waited with my stuff at the cashier for 2-3mins until the lady there even considered to tell me I should come over to the other cashier.
The whole time she seemed looking in some folder in front of her and on her long blue fakenails.
After she had finally scanned my items, she just left without a word to the back of the store. Idk, maybe she has some serious probs with her manicures or she was high, whatever.
I waited around 5 more minutes and never saw her again, because I left there then and bought my stuff in the next store. Will never shop there again...

We visited this CircleK on Sunday 03/09/2025 around 10:30 am Me and my husband, 38 & 44, wanted to buy a carton of cigarettes and some beer, my husband who is still waiting for his legal status, showed the cashier his ID from Austria, as the only ID he has while his green card is pending, I was waiting in the car. The cashier told him, the ID wasn’t valid for buying cigarettes and beers 😳 so I came in there and wanted to buy it, as I have an American driver's license.
The cashier told me I wasn’t allowed either to buy anything from the store 😳 I told her she could see my ID and I tried to show her my Louisiana driver's license, she didn't even want to look at my ID, but kept telling me it was the law 😳 yeah I sure know the law, and know what ages you are allowed to buy cigarettes and beers, but she kept saying that I wasn’t allowed to buy anything from the store. I asked her to please see my ID she refused and told me very very rude it’s the law while she made eyes at me 😡
I wasn’t allowed to buy anything and I even stood with my Louisiana Driver's license in my hand and she rudely walked away to the back of the store so we couldn’t see her anymore 😳 what a very unprofessional and rude cashier she is 🤬 such an unprofessional cashier shouldn't work in stores, we are very very Angry 😡
I contacted the CircleK CEO, we do not want to be treated so badly ‼️‼️ I want this lady fired for being so rude and unprofessional‼️‼️ she has absolutely NO right to treat us so badly and be so disrespectful to us ‼️‼️‼️
We had to drive to another store, just to buy our stuff 😤😤
We feel very miserable & very very angry about that and we are for sure old enough to buy cigarettes and beer ‼️‼️‼️
We can’t understand why she treated us so badly just for wanting to buy something from CircleK 😳😤🤬
This lady should be Fired as she isn't professional in managing her job‼️‼️ she should have looked at my Louisiana Driver's license but she refused to do so ‼️‼️‼️

Lazy workers. Out of breakfast sanwiches and monster. I asked if they had more monster said they were probably out. While the back employee only cooler had cases of monster.

The cashiers play on their phones and pay zero attention to customers. On a sat. Morning I couldn’t get $10 cash back. Cashier rude & says there is No circle k policy concerning cash back. No way would there not be a policy for All transactions

I paid cash and did not get the 10 % discount. They said they could not do anything and I could call corporate. Totally rude. Your employees are horrible at this store. No one had authority to correct the error. I think that is incorrect. I’ll say that it was only 15 gallons. However , it would have been so much easier to put my card in. You need to clean house at this location. Employees are capable.
