I was cold called by Elijah, a sales rep for the Courtesy dealership, due to a reference he received. He seemed very nice on the phone and very intelligent. So, I stopped by the dealership a few days later since I had business nearby. Elijah greeted me quickly and offered to help right away. He introduced himself and we shook hands. He brought me without delay to see what he had for me and it was exactly what I had described in our phone conversation. He was courteous, helpful and informative. When unsure about the answer to a question, he quickly checked with a verifiable source. After a detailed showing of the vehicle, Elijah and I went for a ride. It runs, rides and drives beautifully. I met his supervisor who was also very courteous and helpful. The finance manager, Ian was very informative and helped me a great deal. I ended up buying a really nice Sierra 2500 Denali Ultimate along with a few accessories. I feel like I am in the right place dealing with the right people. I even had a good experience in the service department with Kameron's help. Elijah also kept watch throughout the whole service and checkout process. He has already made a few follow up calls to check on me and my new vehicle experience. Thanks very much to all.

Only giving this poor rating because of the over the phone customer service I’ve received the past few weeks. I’ve been in the process of refinancing my vehicle so I’ve called a few times to get information and a refund. Today alone, I placed 4 calls (over the span of 1/2 a business day) to the finance department before successfully getting someone on the phone. The Receptionist who answered and everyone I spoke to there, Was bothered and made it obvious they did not want to help. (Mr. John finally resolved my request, but wasn’t too thrilled when I kindly shared my experience with his team)

Truly a great place with great people. Thomas is a champion salesman. This was my second purchase with him and even though it was his day off he made sure we were taken care of. Nick stepped in a made the process pretty flawless. Thank you to the management team and Of course Thomas and Nick.

I had my truck taken to Courtesy to work on the transmission. It took them a week and a half to get it put it. They called me and said we put in the new transmission. They called and said we drove it and it started making a banging sound. Then all of a sudden I now have issues with my transfer case. I never had issues with the transfer case and was in good condition. After, I spent almost $6,500 I cannot get a reply. I have emailed three times and called several. Beyond disappointed what I have dealt with here.

Kameron and the Service Department were an absolute blessing. After Service Chevrolet Failed me miserably and over charged me multiple times Courtesy GMC fixed my diesel and made me believe that customers actually do matter still. I highly recommend asking for Kameron if you own a GM vehicle and need work done.

We brought in the enclave 2 times while under warranty over a 3 year period both times they added freon and die stating they could not find the leak and charged for the freon the second time.wouldnt you know happens again car no longer under warranty they found the leak 1600 dollars later all good , amazing how when it's on them can't find it on me found it right away.

My wife and i were looking for a GMC truck. as we were walking towards the front door of the Courtesy GMC building, we were met out in the front of the building by Ryan Newman. he asked what we were looking looking for, and we told him the package and features we wanted. he immediately walked us over to a nearby truck and showed us the exterior. he asked if we wanted to see the inside, we said yes. he was back within 5 minutes with the key and said here ya go. we got in the front and Ryan got in the back. he went over the features and bells and whistles for us, then said "let's ride". i drove it for a few miles and really enjoyed the way it handled. drove went back to the dealership and asked him to work up some numbers. we ended up buying that first truck he brought us to. thank you Ryan for a great buying experience.
