Just been at the Cricket store at Ambassador Caffery in Lafayette and the employee was really quite unpolite to us.
Instead of answering our questions, she just told us “we don’t do that kind of stuff here, call the customer support”.
- That’s so unprofessional, we will never go there again and change our provider.

My friend recommended me to Zulema at the Ambassador store, but I had an old errand to the berga, who doesn't even know Mothers! When I checked my receipt, the old woman's name was Herminia M. And look, the old Wuanga charged me for insurance and accessories, and she told me they were free. Don't go with that bieja, better go with Zulema, she knows more...

I came into the Ambassador location after having a bad experience at a different location in Lafayette and the girls help me transfer over from T-Mobile. The team is very knowledgeable and nice! I totally recommend this location in the Lafayette area!!!! They really know their stuff❤️

If your not Hispanic or Latino don’t come here the workers will be rude and not want to help you. They will lie and tell your their systems are down or they don’t have the product you want so you can Leave.

The girl that works there was very unhelpful and ride. All she did was mumble under her stupid mask she was the only one wearing. After I looked on line and there were so many specials that she was to lazy to mention. Don't go to that store!!!!
