Wendy and Rusty were very helpful in ensuring I had a reasonable rate and the best possible unit for my needs. I have had a unit here for several years and have changed units due to size and pricing. It has always been easy and they keep the facility spotless!

The customer service is phemoninal!! Needed a new unit on the same floor as my old one. The system wouldn't change my new unit (which was on another floor) to the same floor. Well they figured it out and made it happen!!! Thank you Mrs. Wendy, for making my move easier!!!

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. They cut the lock off my unit, took pictures of my things and posted that they were up for auction. I was not delinquent on a payment. The old lady at the office was VERY rude. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else because they are crooked and do not care about their customers.

If I could rate higher then I would. Office staff is so friendly, helpful, attentive, and overall amazing at keeping this place running and running right. Second time using this same life storage and I have yet to ever wanna use another one. Rusty for sure needs a raise ten fold!

The front desk lady was so sweet and personable and made the set up process so simple and smooth. And when i didn’t lock my unit properly they called to make sure my stuff was safe and that i could come lock it. 10/10
