I called the storage center to inquire about pricing and availability, and the gentleman who answered, his name might have been Jamar, was extremely helpful and professional. He had a friendly attitude, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and took the time to explain the different options available. He made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. It’s not often you come across customer service that’s both knowledgeable and genuinely courteous. Great first impression!
