I won't recommend them the in to help them self out not customer the have nothing on sale the have no pain med when I'm in severe pain the care less bout any customer period

I have the CVS pharmacy on Bertrand for years. For years I found the service in the pharmacy wonderful however over the past year the service has slipped they’re not as friendly they take longer it’s just not been what do you see. There is delay on text messages,refills we need to keep asking may a times .They have drive thru available. Cvs overall has good collection of cosmetics, jewellery, sunglasses,beverages ,cards ,medicines ,chocolates ,kids items . On the counter all medicines are available but no proper representative to guide you .See the holdings and find it yourself .

Drive up window not availablePharmacy closed at 2:00 on Saturday 12/10 and didn’t reopen until 24 hours later. I missed 3 doses of my antibioticUnable to fill prescription at another cvsOutside premises has trash along the side

I have you the CVS pharmacy on Bertrand for years. For years I found the service in the pharmacy wonderful however over the past year the service has slipped they’re not as friendly they take longer it’s just not been what do you see. On Tuesday of this week I was very very ill and found that I had Covid.I brought several prescriptions that morning to CVS they said they would text me when they’re done I got evening I still haven’t received a text so I drove through and they close at seven instead of eight or nine. I went this morning to get my prescriptions because I’m really sick with Covid and it’s still not ready I go again at one the lady is very rude and said they’re not gonna be ready till three. They do not text me or call me to say there’s a delay or why she’s just very rude like I’m bothering her. I’m hoping to get my prescriptions today and then I will never ever bring my business to CVS on Bertrand or any CVS for that matter again your customer service is awful you need to hire better employees

horrible customer service, bessie was the absolute rudest person. she wouldn't help find us a basket, and we seemed to be "interrupting" her eating time. she also gave us nasty looks. probably wont be coming again
