Improve! How? They are great! When I go to CVS in Scott I feel like I'm part of the CVS family. There are three young ladies who I would like to THANK....their names are Shatara, the CVS manager and two outstanding team members, Breanna and Verlincia. While taking care of my problem they were also taking care of other customers. In this day and age all the troubles going on in the world, it sure is nice to go in and see smiling faces. They're professional and caring which goes beyond just being nice. They care about every customer that walks through the door. They are attentive and they get the job done. I can't wait to go back to CVS.

The pharmacy at this location is CRIPPLED. The pharmacists rotate from day to day, thus reducing the the ability to hold them accountable (?). The pharmacy aide "supposedly" gave my wife's prescription to a criminal. The pharmacists denied responsibility, even after a police investigation was done. They showed no empathy or remorse, and even refused to issue the prescription to my wife. My complaints to CVS customer relations department were not answered after giving them my phone number and e-mail address. People should think hard before getting prescriptions at this location.

I've used these guys numerous times before, and I won't moving forward. Easily the slowest pharmacy in town. Cartoonishly slow. Just not very efficient service.

I went here looking for postcards. There were no postcards. The worker tried to be helpful (and I appreciate that), but I don't think she knows what postcards are. I looked around on my own, and I found no postcards.What I did find here was a multi pack of Elmer's Heavenly Hash eggs. My friend in Phoenix wanted some of these so bad, but I thought the Easter window had closed, and we would not find Elmer's Heavenly Hash eggs again until next year. I was so excited when I found that multi pack. It was the last one. I don't think it was ½ off like the other Easter candy, but I bought it anyway.

Absolutely terrible. They always mess up my meds, never notify me when they're filled or they're never ready when they say they are. No they've closed the drive thru and reduced their hours to 10-4 which leaves no window for me to go get my meds!!! Can't skip days on antidepressants guys! Get it together! Absolutely fed up!

I guess nobody is reading the reviews from this location but yet nothing is done drive thru is closed nobody is answering the phone prescriptions are lost or late very poor service

CVS Scott Store #05554 is horrible. I tried to fill a prescription for a patient who is a diabetic. The pharmacist told him he needs to fill the script for a 90 day per his insurance but provider wanted him to fill the script 1 month at a time. They proceed to tell the patient that a PA (Prior Authorization ) is needed which a PA was done 2 months ago. CVS gave the patient and myself the run around. Now I'm on the phone with the insurance company while they try to call CVS and 30 Minutes have passed and they still haven't answered their phone for the Rep. This is absurd!!

I've been dealing with them since they were Eckerd's, to slowly watch their service go down...Long waiting times on phone, drive through even prescriptions...I've been next in line at drive through and waiting and they close the store on me and the car in front of me with no Explanation...They lost several of my prescriptions, after the gave my doctor approval that they received them....Twice , I've got the wrong prescription, or was short a pill... Considering going across the street at this point...They are friendly, but it's just to cover up all the other wrong they do..Not to mention the automated that tells us our order is ready, or can be filled don't correlate with what's really going on!!!! Sad to see this place loose many different people's respect after having it for so long...Sincerely,Monica

This is the worst pharmacy. Do not go. The drive through is not open, they do not answer the phone, no one’s scripts have been ready from days ago. Yes I will be transferring everything. And soon as I get my script that I have been waiting for since yesterday. They are “behind”. Behind as in there are two people working and the line is almost to the front.

CVS in Scott, La Store #05554 Managed by Mr Austin, This place doesn't deserve one star, As far as I know this is not a non profit organization, They are in business to make money, so when they refuse to sell items because they were pre counted for inventory is completely obsurd the management there need to be properly trained by business professionals which they are not! CVS has lost a few customers due to this stores business practices with Mr Austin at the controls of this stores policy!

They have lost prescriptions on two separate occasions. Gave me hell trying to transfer my prescription over after they lost it twice too.Pharmacy staff is almost always rude.If you try to call the pharmacy you can look forward to being put on hold and treated like garbage.Scheduled a booster shot for 11 AM, showed up at 10:55 AM and pharmacy was closed. This place is a mess and I will be avoiding it at all costs.

Drove all the way to Scott from Crowley to get my kids their covid boosters just to for them to tell me they didn't have the "proper person to give kids shots" and how they don't update the appointment times. When I wanted to reschedule they told me I had to go online and do it.

Frances was so sweet. She is the definition of customer service and I dont even like going to CVS . She made up for a lot of things CVS has done wrong for me in the past

I received horrible customer service from one of the pharmacy staff members. She was rude and acted like she was doing me a favor by talking to me. My medication was not ready when promised and I was told to come back in two hours to get it. I will not be doing any more business with CVS in Scott. I will move all of my families prescriptions to another Pharmacy.
