Love all the employees at the CVS on Johnston Street in Lafayette. They go above and beyond to make sure that I’m getting my prescriptions filled quickly and at a great price. And they do it with a smile on their face and a pleasant attitude.

When the pharmacy is closed because of inventory, then if should tell customers that it's closed. Instead we drive all the way there to be turned away. That is bull.

I was told it was ready... i show up, nope not ready, they asked who told me that it was ready and I told them I got a notification.... "That's not a human" ok not helpful... go throw 8 freakin pills in a plastic bottle... doesn't take 15 minutes... so I pull around... wait 15... at that time it's 130... guess they take lunch at 130... for 8 freakin pills really??

i've used this pharmacy forever and i have always left angry and half the time unmedicated because they never have any of my prescriptions ready even though i have them on monthly refills and even call to refill them anyway. they're rude and unhelpful. me missing medication inconveniences me drastically but at least for me it's not life-threatening, as it would be for many other people

The store manager refused to honor a coupon printed from the CVS kiosk! I always print the coupons when I enter the store and shop the savings. He says the coupons didn't match my CVS number. How could that be possible? He witnessed me attempt to re-print the coupons and of course I could not because I already printed them! He would not over ride it. Well guy CVS lost 24 dollars and my business because you would not let me save 4 dollars. Walgreens it is!
