The team member who assisted me was friendly and very professional and went above and beyond to assist me. She represents CVS well. She offered me to become a rewards member and I explained I was just passing through and don't have a CVS where I live, she let me know the item I was purchasing was on sale and a discount would apply to the item by becoming a reward member. I was actually having a bad day and also rushing, however my interaction with her brighten my day.

Horrible pharmacy I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but I had to. The pharmacy members act as if they are slow and need to go back to school. It’s always an issue when it’s time to get my prescription. My prescriptions just magically vanished into thin air and no one can tell me what happened. This has happened on multiple occasions.

No smiles the morality is low within this place a heaviness in energy in the atmosphere you pick up on negative emotions. The place needs New management with a outstanding attitude. New carpet looks great. The outside needs pressure washing. The items on the shelf look good.

Always find great deals and plenty of discounts with the rewards program. Even get bonus rewards for filling all my prescriptions here as well. I purchase lots of household items and groceries here. Always on the look out for good clearance and sale items.

I am in the process of changing pharmacies due to the extremely rude and unprofessional staff. On several occasions I was told they didn't have meds to refill my prescription and no one ever knows when the meds will be in. On a different occasion I went to pickup my prescription and I was told it would be ready the next day. I returned the following day and was told the medicine wouldn't be ready until the next day. I then asked why was I told that the medicine would be ready today and she responded, "Look I don't know who told you that, it will be ready tomorrow" and lowered the blind as I sat there on the other side of the drive through window. On yet another occasion I called the pharmacy and by the grace of God someone answered because that usually doesn't happen and I asked if my prescription was ready. She responded no because we don't have any in stock. I asked if she could give me the nearest location of the next pharmacy that did have it and she said hold on, she then returned to the phone 1.5 seconds later and said no one has it but it will be ready tomorrow by 1p.m. My intelligence has been insulted and my business has been taken for granted far too many times for me to continue to patronize this location. The attitudes displayed and their lack of customer service skills are a poor reflection of CVS as a whole. I am certain CVS could get better quality employees by recruiting from Angola's inmate population. The citizens of the Northside of Lafayette deserve better.

I went to return some stuff that I don’t needed at this store on willow street,Lafayette but the store associates Emile refuse to take return because item was on sale from different cvs and said they can’t accept return from different cvs and just said no when I asked reason for not taking .he said that’s the reason we don’t take return from other cvs.ridiculous
