I had a new insurance in December. I showed the card and the person incharged said that card was only for appointment with the doctor and she made me pay the price of it out of pocket.
This month I presented same card and was able to get my meds covered.
It gives the impression that your employee was lazy or to busy to add my info in the system first time. If this was the case, which i strongly think it was, it is unethical practice and you should verify how your employees at this location are processing the prescriptions

I love the Online Ordering process. It’s quick and easy. If you have not tried it I would definitely recommend it.

Customer service was very horrible at the drive through window.I was given antibiotics without Syringes, When I asked for syringes I was told to use a spoon. Using a spoon for a 12 month old baby Is not safe with Rsv in toddlers, it's not the proper way to administer antibiotics or any medication. Also, when I ask the lady Candice to give me over-the-counter Pain and fever motrin to buy at the drive through window, She stated "we don't work or go shop for people" and slam the drive through window in my face in front of my babies. Very disrespectful, very non friendly service 0 stars will change my pharmacy as soon as possible. Candice was the rudest help I ever received at CVS drive through window. The pharmacy manager nickeline, WAS NOT very pleasant either he allowed the rudeness as I was told I was being Sassy from the cashier Candance and he did nothing but stood there and walk away horrible management also

Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I have literally had an issue with every. single. prescription. refill. They will have you waste your time to come back multiple times/days and still won't have the prescription ready. There is no clear communication as to what the issue is. At the drivethrough, they will go completely silent.

This specific location is awful. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Go to the Westgate location right down the road if you want pharmacists who actually care to help

Worst automated phone service in the history of the telephone. It's impossible to speak to a human at the store and have to navigate a service that doesn't accept the information you'll give it.
