workers are usually very impatient and not very nice. my prescriptions are done on time, but there’s always a long wait and lots of angry faces from the workers.

They do their best here and I appreciate that. It is constantly busy - rarely do I see otherwise. It’s central in the city so of course it will be busy. The store is one of the only 24 hour locations around the city. I have had maybe 1 or 2 weird instances with the pharmacy but overall I’m fine with this location. Been coming here for 15 years now. And will continue.

If I could rate lower I would. The slowest and rudest pharmacy to deal with. they don’t let you know when your rx is filled. Nor do they check their messages from your provider to fill your Rx. Horrible service. Horrible.

CVS printed my postcard graduation announcements with white edges on some sides. They refused to refund me any amount unless I went to the store (for the third time today) to return what they would throw in the trash anyway. So now I must cut 80 announcements myself.

Most of my transactions at the River Ranch location are good so I'm giving them a 3 - only because I've been waiting 2 weeks for a Freestyle Libre3 glucose sensor to come in. Why can't they stock them?

River ranch has given me medicine wrong twice for my two year old daughter ! Once it was wrong medicine with right instructions and I actually used it !!!
This third time she was prescribed 3 meds I was given two ! I didn’t realize it until hours after when they sent me a message saying her stuff was ready but I already picked it up so I go to open everything and see the most important thing was missing her steroids!

Whitney (or Whitley) at the pharmacy is the most rude employee there. Huffing & puffing & rolling her eyes every time she has to do her job.

They dont care about people. I spent weeks in getting my medication. When i realized my medication device is missing which they even didn’t tell me i told them what i am gonna do without device the amswer is do you want to give it back?They are making fun of us despite their mistake.Misbehaving people in need and being sarcastic. It killed me today.
