RUN from this store at all cost!!!! The Girl that answered the phone in the Pharmacy cut me off in the middle of me explaining what I needed and then came back on, so when she came back on I requested to speak to a manager. The pharmacist came on and when I began to explain to her she hung up on me!!!!!

Today, I needed to fill an important medication I take daily. The refill want not done as I was assured it would be ready today. I called today and a very rude girl who seemed uneducated. If she were she would not have hung up on me when I asked why she was talking to me in a rude tone. I called back and spoke to the pharmacist working today(Ryan.)I told him I want to issue a complaint regarding this counter person hanging up on me. I asked if this was typical treatment to their customers. He ignored everything I said and answered; so what is it you want? I asked him if he was going to reply to my question to him. He told me; I'm about to hang up this phone on you myself, now tell me what you want. Before I could utter another word, he did hang up on me. Is this is the best CVS can do?
Force customers to deal with this childish behavior. I am posting this on LinkedIn and Business Facebook for people all over the world to read. 4 words describe this failed society- NO ACCOUNTABILITY, NO CONSEQUENCES.

My experience at CVS located at 5044 Ambassador Caffery in Lafayette LA was a great one, thanks to Sarah at check-out and William, the manager. While several CVS locations are in close proximity to me, I will make this location my main stop in the future. Thanks, Sarah and William!

Easy to make an appointment. No waiting. Privacy was considered. Two injections were smooth. Staff was great.I was very satisfied.

So, this CVS and I'm going to put the involved/accessory to trafficking, traffickers name out there; RPH Kelly M Hubbard; participates in the community corruption and targeting of victims of trafficking. I thought I had switched over to a safe pharmacy due to the same problems of my medication being tampered with but, nope. These delinquent people who we are supposed to trust get paid in incentives like gift cards, gifts, etc so it's not tracable. They are given counterfeit medications that mimic the targets actual medication needed. It is especially done at a time whenever the victim has finally obtained help and the traffickers involved know, are backed into a corner and can use "drug use" against the victim. My Adderall picked up was counterfeited as an Opiate. My Adderall is not just for ADHD use but, for Type 1 narcolepsy as well so without the proper stimulation my muscles do not work. Also opiate stimulation is different from Adderall stimulation; there's a big difference. You can also push a person to suicide by giving them opiate instead of Amphetamine stimulant. Especially autistic Persons. I could never imagine being so weak minded or desperate as to participate and risk my whole life in federal prison just to gain a dollar and hurt an innocent person based off of hearsay or that bc you are an actual trafficker.

By far the worst customer service I have ever seen. Staff will definitely treat you less than. Towne pharmacy is so much better.. I will drive the extra miles for a better customer service experience! Thanks for nothing!

Wouldn’t even give it one star. The only reason I even use CVS is due to my insurance no longer being accepted at Walgreens. They can’t seem to keep the pharmacy open due to short staffing. Pitiful. Maybe it’s time to quit building new locations until they can staff the ones that they already have.

Awesome and super helpful staff! The pharmacist, Kelly, is so nice and helpful every time I go into the store located at 5044 Ambassador Caffery. She goes out of her way to help customers and has helped me find items on the shelves several times. The store is always very clean and organized and someone always greets me when I walk in the door. I was so pleased with this pharmacy at this location that I moved my husband's prescriptions here, as well as my mother's. I absolutely love this store!

This CVS location is great. It is very convenient for us so we often stop here on the way home from Lafayette. We stopped there last week after a doctor appointment and the employee working in the front was really friendly and helpful. My son said he was the nicest store employee he's ever seen/met, lol.I really love the new self checkouts in the store, too. They were really easy to use and super convenient. I hope the CVS store local to us gets them soon.
