Worst pharmacy ever! The wait is awful and the service is worse. If I wasn’t required to fill my prescriptions at CVS, I’d never return. Shameful!

I normally frequent Walgreens but medication was out of stock so I called this CVS. I called in and the automated system is ridiculous! Finally was able to get through all of it to speak to a human and without ringing repeated my phone number and told me to leave a message. So I called back and used healthcare provider option and was sent immediately to a human. I said I would like to know if you have this drug and she asked if I was. HCP and I said no and she then sent me to the answering machine. How is this fast effective customer service CVS? Prime example how we as consumer's pay more today and get wayyyyyyy less than yesterday and I am and just 40!

Stopped by a few days ago and had to deal with the rudest woman at front checkout. I always self checkout at other CVS locations and was having trouble with the transaction. She had to walk over a couple of times and had attitude and rolling her eyes. Middle aged woman not a young one. When I left I ran into a younger associate outside and asked if she was always like that and was told yes. I am a regular CVS customer and the one on Bertrand is awesome. Sad how employees can ruin a business.

CVS on Johnston and W Broussard goes beyond and shows they care about their customers, their employees, their inventory, and each product's full stock!!! The manager is exceptional and shows he totally cares about CVS's mission, values, goals & vision for everyone in the community!!!

By far the friendliest and fastest CVS pharmacy I have ever used! They actually make eye contact when you’re waiting and acknowledge you. Wonderful customer service. KeepIt up!
