The lady in charge of payments was no help to my boyfriend who never got his pay. She complained how she was on break and slammed her keys "I can't even enjoy lunch and that is something you need to handle" and told him to stop before he was about to say something. Absolutely rude management. Mrs Angela you are wrong for that, you even told him you were going to call him back and never did and he spent days trying to get ahold of you. I am baffled at how they handle situations like this. She told him "according to daily pay you don't receive direct deposit"... Yes he does thats all he's gotten paid was direct deposit. How do you not know what your employees would get paid? I'm glad he no longer works there because they were unfair to him and fussed him for not doing things right or on time as a new employee. Absolutely horrible.

Was disappointed with manager Mike as he told me all the kettlebells were on the floor and was completely unwilling to take a look in the back. Well the website stated that there were more in stock. Luckily a young gentleman in the back took a look for me and one was available! Giving my stars because the young man made up for the managements lack of dedication to the costumer.

I bought a travel mug for my son and he wanted to exchange it for a different color and their return system was down. It took way too long to exchange a simple travel mug. They need to fix their computer systems. I will go to Academy next time.

Went to get my daughter so me cleats and the employee that was "working" in thw department never spoke to us to see if we needed help. Looked at us then started playing on her phone then walked away.

Went to get football cleats. Pretty large selection. Although the ipad where you select your size and shoe wasn’t working, Randall did an awesome job getting us multiple shoes to try on so we could find the perfect fit. Shoutout to him for the excellent service.

I wanted to take my son fishing and I knew absolutely nothing about fishing. Kevin set up our rods and showed me how to do everything and what to get. Was exactly what we needed. What a nice man and great experience at this store because of him.

Didn't know it had changed. Larger variety of clothing and shoes since the change. Picked up a few things even though I specifically went for 1 item. Love the new look. Will be back soon.

Always a little pricey, but you get great quality and service, so it's worth it. They were remodeling when I went. The store looked fantastic before can't wait to see the finished product.

Good 1 stop shop for general sporting items covers most groups. Yet looking for specialised item for say rugby or other sports teams not in the state your in best shop online.

Staff in fishing section of store profiles customers and follows people around like they are stealing when actually I was about to make a purchase for my father. But now I will take my business else where since your employees rather follow around that know what they looking for instead doing their jobs and making sure the customer has a great experience in said store.
