Mrs. Charlene in the home/bedding department was the kindest and most helpful associate I’ve come across in A WHILE! I’ve had trouble finding a comforter that I love for weeks. I stopped by dillards today to look and found one I absolutely loved but there was one left and it wasn’t the size I needed. It turns out the comforter was half off because it was being discontinued. Mrs. Charlene looked at every store in her district to find the size I needed and found one all the way in Texas. It’s currently being shipped directly to my door. Someone give Mrs. Charlene a raise!!!!!
