Employee was very very rude went to store at 9:29pm she was closing up because she was supposly by herself and fussing back and forth with me in front customers saying her manager told her close early I used to be a assistant manager with dollar general this dollar general is way out my way but this girl was very rude that was my first time even seeing her there and very ghetto I never had that experience there very poor customer service

Horrible service , it’s only one person working in store. There’s no manager present I order items and I forgot some items, came back literally ten minutes and he basically said he couldn’t do anything about it I ask for manager and he act like he didn’t know what to do , so unprofessional.

I shop at Dollar General quite often. In fact, I would say that I shop there every day. It is quite convenient that you can probably find a location within a mile from your home. My closest location is on Ambassador Caffery Pkwy. I must say that the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The prices of course are amazing. The one rather large problem I find nearly everyday is they really need to hire someone to solely take care of stocking everyday. It becomes very frustrating to walk into a store where nearly every shelf is empty. I will post photos later today.

As me and my husband were checking out, I gave my phone to the cashier, brittany, for the dollar general coupon app to show her I had the 5$ off coupon. She rudley replied I ain't got nothing to do with that. So I asked her what is it that I need to do to get the coupon since this was my first time using the app and she again replied with the such disgust to help me; press button on the screen like it was something I was supposed to automatically know. She didn't say thank you or any other comments like a customer service worker should have and really shouldn't be working behind the register if she doesn't want to work to help the customers of this store.
